The old grass wasn't properly removed leaving large chucks of old grass and weeds. Then the ground wasn't rotor tilled, or prepped/ leveled. Then once the sod was laid, it had huge gaps, some were 2-3 inch inches, between pieces. After the sod was installed they never rolled it, so everything was uneven and many pieces never took. Months after, the weeds started growing through the cracks and it looks almost as bad as it did before they started. Don't waste your money with this company.
