She didn't even do her job... all she had to do was make an agreement between 2 people but was being hostile and attacking one person and supporting the other. Oh! Not to mention that she was going to refuse one person photocopies of "evidence" the other person brought even thought she told them she would 100% give it to them but since the other person told her "no don't give it to her." My case has been very unfair and I'm the hands-on type who likes to know what's going on, especially since my daughter's well being is on the line. This meant that I asked a lot of questions about what was going on. He started to take offense to my questions thinking I was criticizing him. This led to our conversations devolving into personal insults. At some point, even though the timing was terrible because I'm approaching a hearing, I had to discharge Doug. The only contacted active clients and not new or prospective clients. Too bad for you. I had a big job and gave it to someone else. There was pending litigation on behalf of my autistic son. The urgency of my requested was expressly communicated to Brad Weaver in our November phone conversation. Your firms lack of response and communication about Brad's personal issues hindered the progression of my case and pushed it back an additional two months.
