Service was good, food was ok: garden salad was quite heavy on the dressing. Quite impressed with the kids' dessert as the strawberry ice cream tasted like frozen homemade jam! The waitress was very nice and ordered the kids food right away. Everyone enjoyed their drinks. The food was good, minus the pot roast soup it was okay. I was thinking it would be a rich, thick soup and I got a thin soup - reminded me of something you get out of a can lol. I didn't let that bring down the stars since it's just my opinion on it. Definitely recommend the kapow shrimp as an appetizer.

There was moisture & food particles on the plates. We didn't use them. She brought our drinks. I did not want a drink, so ordered water. Salty water! So, I did not drink anything. Husband received his burger & onion rings, which seemed fine. My order of nachos were almost cold; cheese was not fully melted & guacamole did not come with it, as ordered. We waited 30 minutes for this food. I couldn't enjoy or finish my plate. We were late by minutes for our movie. Total bill $63 (with 15% tip, which is applied after tax). Do Not Go There!! East Sides (Nextdoor) looks permanently closed & is the only reason we ate at Montana's.

The waitress / owner delivered or food, the sushi rolls were not bad .... 15 minutes later she delivered my salmon bento box...the salmon was ICE cold, rice cold, tempura was hard as a rock ( looks like it was made the day before ) and dripping with fry oil, they forgot some items, I almost did not recognize the little spring rolls in the box as they were soaked in oil, I had to walk back to the counter again after being ignored...I took the Bento Box with me and told the guy behind the sushi counter it was COLD and OLD, and he just shrugged his shoulders as if to say "like WTF do you want from me"...behind the counter is a Food Inspectors WORST NIGHTMARE.... The clams on the salad bar were the smallest I have ever seen & there were no shrimp like previous years. The eggs Benedict & pancakes were cold. My wife tried the roast beef and it was very chewy & stringy, the small piece of outside cut was inedible. 10 years ago, Mothers Day brunch was $21.95, this past Sunday it was $32.95. We have decided that it's not worth it. Our waitress was very attentive to start but seemed to ignore as later. We had to stop another waitress to get a refill on our coffees. Rob

Hate to knock a Canadian company, but people need to be told when a restaurant's service is poor --…read moredespite the place being almost empty when my wife and I arrived at the Alliston location around 7:00PM on a mid-September Wednesday. Enclosed patio was pleasant and main reason for our choosing St Louis for our first restaurant meal in months as a relief from continuing and necessary Covid restrictions. Bad choice! Menu document (no pictures) stated it was one-time-use to prevent the spread of Covid -- but had been laminated for multiple use. ("Hurray! Covid's 100% finished!") We should've got up and left right then. Food choices typical for a franchise (wings, burgers, ribs). Obviously, as is the case with most chain restaurants, the food was prepped in advance, as evidenced by the chewy boneless wings in our order (which came with sauce and fries). The food arrived hot but was served in a plastic bowl on a small sheet of waxed paper. However, the paper soon went soggy, which meant you end up eating pieces of it along with your food. Regarding the service, we asked our server for ketchup and extra napkins but they did not arrive until we were nearly finished eating. Bill ($52.00 with tip and tax sans booze) seemed high, but our server had disappeared inside the darkened restaurant, never to return, so we could not easily request an itemized receipt. First-time visit but will not go again.
