Just a note, I would recommend the reservation, they filled up as we were leaving. We started with a pitcher of sangria, and it was perfect. Not to sweet, just right. My wife and I had the tasting menu, and loved every dish. We had the Salmorejo, croquet of ham, chorizo, frittata of potato, and the meat paella. We could barely finish it all, and hated to leave any. We are not picky eaters, but we know good food, and this was very good. Dessert was a small truffle and a shot of liqueur. They speak good English, service was great, price was beyond reasonable. I rarely give out fives, and this place deserves every star.

It does not hurt that you immerse yourself in some ancient history as you take a short repose to tour the Christian burial crypts the site is situated upon. I have been here three separate times and would go back again. Great spot for a family or romantic meal, groups are welcome, and if you time it for sunset you will get amazing photographs.
