They saw both kitties fairly quickly. The vet was an older gentlemen with a sense of humor, he was super sweet and fairly quick too. The best part here is the price. She put out a Have A Heart trap to try and catch our cat Buddy, before she contacted us, to no avail. We returned from our trip 9/20/2021 and went to the business to help look for Buddy. While crawling around the shop, we noticed holes in the floor that lead to a crawl space that we assume lead to the outside. Our cat is roaming around Mount Sterling somewhere. We put out flyers around the neighborhood in hopes of finding him. We have had our dogs groomed there for the past three years and she does a good job doing that. I wouldn't trust her to watch your animals. The shop is filthy, reeks of urine, there is hair everywhere and very disorganized. We discovered how filthy the place was when we were crawling around looking for our cat. Wish us luck in finding our cat!

I initially called the pet sitting service and discussed my needs with the owner. We set up a time for her to come to my apartment and complete paperwork. This process to less than 30 minutes. I recommend preparing a typed list of any instructions you want the pet sitter to follow (special feeding instructions, medications, special requests, location of cleaning supplies) so you can breeze through this part of the meeting. I simply wrote it out on her documents. The owner was no doubt an avid animal lover and asked all the right questions. I felt really comfortable with her and her expertise. While away on my trip, she sent me frequent updates of my cat via email and text. I highly recommend Bart & Gabriel Pet sitting to anyone who wants an inexpensive alternative to boarding their pet, as well as the ability to keep their pet around the home environment.

When we got our first dog, a few days after, she wasn't feeling well and could not keep down food. We took her to Amanda Animal Hospital and we found out she had parvo. They didn't give her a great chance to survive but they were willing to do anything and everything. After four days at the hospital our dog made it through. If we didn't take her there and without their quick and effective treatments I don't think she would have made it. They usually focus on large breed but also serve house pets as well. The folks there are always friendly and you can see and feel their passion for animals. Our dogs have had a several operations and yearly check ups and they have done an excellent job!! We recommend them to anyone with pets and looking for a great vet. If you love your animals as much as we do and want the beat care I wouldn't any further than Amanda Animal Hospital.
