Coming from…read moreColorado, we had very specific requests and expectations for our new home, and Irina worked diligently to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Her dedication went far beyond helping us find the right home. When we encountered issues with our cross-country furniture delivery, some of our furniture was delivered early to a storage facility in South Carolina while we were still in Colorado. Irina went above and beyond to make sure the movers could access our storage unit and get everything delivered safely in our absence. She also worked closely with the builder to ensure we stayed informed throughout the construction process, regularly making sure we received updates, photos, and videos of our home's progress. These are just a few examples of the exceptional service and dedication Irina provides to her clients. She truly goes above and beyond, and we are so grateful to have had her by our side during such an important transition. If you're looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about her clients and will go the extra mile, don't pass this one up!

It was New Year's Eve and she was able to schedule a tour the same day on short notice. She is very friendly, kind, and down to earth. We were first time homebuyers and she provided us with a folder of helpful information on the home-buying process. She also connected us with a helpful lender who she works closely with. She is extremely knowledgeable and explained what to look out for when looking at a home (like the age of the roof, water heater, HVAC, etc..). She told us she was a former teacher, which explains why she is so organized and able to go over important information in way that is easy to understand. She is an excellent communicator and was able correspond with the listing agent in a timely way to find out any information we asked about. She is a local and knowledgeable about what neighborhoods are safe, which was a huge plus since we only moved to the area a year ago. She really listened to our preferences and was quick to send us listings that met our criteria. When we found a listing we liked and wanted to compare it to the first property, she was very accommodating and flexible with our schedules. She showed me the property in the morning while my boyfriend was at work, and when I liked it she scheduled another tour for after he got out of work. That property went into a multiple offer scenario, and she was able to help us end up on top. After our offer was accepted, she was able to use her network of connections to arrange a home and CL100 inspection. When we found out that the seller didn't disclose minor flaws, Kat was able to negotiate with the sellers agent to get them fixed for us. Kat was present every step of the way -- she even came to our closing. She truly goes above and beyond. We plan to use Kat as our realtor again whenever the time comes to sell our house and upgrade. I HIGHLY recommend Kat to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! I will recommend her to anyone I know!

After contacting the agent several times to share my disenchantment there were no changes in the number of scheduled showings, so I asked to terminate my listing agreement (March 19) in order to find an agent that could get the job done and I was told that in order to do so he wanted me to reimburse him for his failed marketing strategy. Is this guy for real? I'm going to pay someone for not getting the job done. WRONG ANSWER! Then top it all off he gets mad and unprofessional and questions both my character and behavior because I'm not happy with 2 showings in 64 days. This guy is a joke!
