We came way out of the way to come to this place because online it said they are a pet friendly station with a dedicated rest break area. I went there looking around and went in. 3 employees just standing behind the register literally doing nothing, not helping anyone. I asked the girl about it when it was my turn and she said no they didnt have anything. I showed her the webpage and she said they dont have a designated area but they have a patch of grass if they need to go. read more

Shady location. This TA does not allow RV overnight, but since the area is shady AF I wouldn't stay here any longer than necessary. Washing machines take coins and are 3.50 for wash and $3 for dry. read more

Horrible business practice making it almost all paid parking ! Waking drivers up when they are sleeping demanding they pay for spots that aren't marked you have lost my business forever !! This place is trash i stayed here for the first time because i ran out of driving hours & i got a shower my shower was #11 & I couldn't find it i would of thought it was upstairs where all the showers are at so i asked the lady who was cleaning them i said "excuse me where is shower #11" and she just straight ignored me and i know she saw me so i asked again and she rolled her eyes at me telling me its down stairs then the lady at the register had an attitude since i walked in & to top it off that top flight security they got there was over here talking about he wanted to fight somebody lol like okay calm down there buddy. read more

I had initially stopped at the Circle K one block closer to the freeway for gas and ice. The pumps didn't work and there was no sign on them. I ended up here and went in for my ice. Jessica was beyond amazing, we chatted and I grabbed my ice and was back on the road. She is a valuable employee and you should be so appreciative that you have her on graveyard! read more

This was my second time at this location, and I didn't have any problems. With my travel, the city of Albuquerque itself serves as a mid-point to where I am going. This location is always convenient for me to gas up at reasonable prices, get a hot breakfast at the restaurant within (The Country Inn, which is comparable to a Denny's), and take a shower in a very clean and roomy facility upstairs for $13. I personally prefer this Travel Center of America due to its proximity to both the interstate and hotel/motels across the street as well as many different options for the traveler that you would find at a larger Love's or Pilot J. This location has met my needs and even exceeded a few, and that's about all that I can ask for. I've had no issues here, and I'll keep returning. read more

Dont spend money here if your not a trucker because you cant rest in there parking area. It's in town anyway, looks out if the way for truckers. When we need to rest and we are trying to get somewhere we gas up, rest, shower, eat at a truck stop. I never stop at a TA if I have a choice. I remember why now. read more

This is a small truckstop with very limited food/beverage selection, expensive gas and the only restaurant they have closes super early plus they don't sell alcohol. Another reason for 2 STARS is that they don't offer their already expensive $14 showers to the general public (only truck drivers) and make ZERO exceptions even if you're the president of the United States. read more

Very crooked people.i bought a trailer tire in gallup nm about 134 miles on a 508 dollor tire.it came apart They want me to buy another 508 tire then have a tire rep comw out to look at my tire to see if it was defective.hardly no weight on trailer to cause failure.the people at Albuquerque store went out of theire way to tell me they wouldnt warranty my tire and that wasnt the tire i just bought.but still had rubber tits on tire.wanted me to buy another tire then they would have guy come out to inspect my tire to see if it was defective.134 miles other tires still look new .dont buy tires from ta.they wont warranty them.i paid 508 for a small trailer tire.went less than 150 miles. For an establishment that calls itself the Travel Center of America, it really could stand to do a little bit of market research and figure out exactly what folks are looking for in a travel center, let alone one that boasts superiority to all others in our great country. 2 stars really goes out to any of them. Every summer I take a road trip with my husband and we've stopped at several of these things in several states. The service at this one was just fine - my cashier was friendly and nice. But the place is a dump and has hardly any selection. Maybe it's targeted towards truck drivers? There seemed to be a lot of automotive stuff. The bathrooms were just crazy gross. read more

Wow this travel center has fitness room for truck driver. Very clean and has tv in fitness room. It is free for truck drivers with ultra one card. Showers were super clean and spotless. I am very impressed with this ta. Keep up the good work. read more

Horrible truck stop showers were empty and had 5 truckers waiting the employee didn't care enough she was on her phone talking with someone only after about an hour did she get to cleaning them even still took a long time. read more
