Although it was a relatively minor repair, everyone at Apex treated me with the same attention and professionalism I would have expected for a much larger job. What impressed me most was how thoughtful the staff was toward my young child, who had to wait with me. One of the receptionists noticed that he was sitting there with little to do and handed him the television remote so he could choose something to watch.
