Not familiar with car washes in the area, I found this one on Yelp :) It was conveniently located right off the freeway so off I went for a wash. I wasn't sure how clean my car would get from going through what looked like a very simple and quick "drive through" station but, any amount of improvement was better than nothing! I ran inside, paid for my "quick wash", and was told to enter the number on my receipt at the entrance to the car wash. Simple enough, just how I like it! Drove up to the entrance, dialed the digits on the pin pad and drive into the "dome". It was very quick, aprox 4-5 minutes and viola! Clean car! Well sort of... after the wash, I pulled over to dry my car off and give her a good vacuum. I noticed it still had bird poo on the hood and the back window but, I wasn't surprised. Seems like birds these days have cement doodoo and sometimes it's almost IMPOSSIBLE to get off. The quick wash actually got my car pretty clean and the vacuum was powerful too. Gave enough time for me to vacuum front, back AND the trunk area (only a buck got the whole car vacuumed)! Yeah baby! Nothing better than a clean ride, thanks Thorntons!

I even needed a couple of hours to nap and the service attendant let me park outside to catch some Z's. I truly appreciate the quality of customer care here and I the sensitivity to travelers. I told the guy we were almost there and said there was only one truck ahead of us. We showed up and he gave us additional information, was only $10 more for rainex wax. We only waited about 10 mins before was our turn the the total wash time was around 20 mins. We were really impressed watching them work on a semi parked next to us, where they seemed to scrub in all the little areas. We got waved through by the guys when they finished and pulled up to the front to pay. We didnt realize we were supposed to tell them about the wax and tire shine, he apologized for the miscommunication, and we drove back through and it was completed quickly. The man we paid even brought over some Indian tea, which was really thoughtful and it was delishious. There's an Indian food truck on site and the food smelled great, but we had already eaten. We were very happy with the job they did and excellent, friendly service. I highly recommend!

Worst customer service ever! He is a U-Haul location. I had a 9 am return on a Sunday. Saturday…read morenight I double checked the contract AND called his number to make certain I had the time right for a trailer return. At 9 am he was not there. At 9:30 he showed up and said he changed the time to 10 am. He made me stand in the rain 10 minutes while he went in and sat down. Said it wasn't his problem or fault about the time. Literally the place smelled like a porta potty. I gagged from the smell. Then he asked why wasn't my husband returning it? Really because I rented it and my name is on the contact? He raised his voice at me several times because he wasn't being helpful. I just had knee surgery and it took 45 minutes dealing with him. I would never go back for anything. Ever.
