Stopped here only to use the restroom and it was a great spot, considering it's close location off I-80! Parking was easy and everything was easy to find. This place is truly a little gem. Inside had lots of things for roadies to be comfortable or to pickup something special or sentimental. Definitely will stop here again!!

Typical run of the mill highway center. Restrooms were OK. Overly crowded with people not knowing how to park. There were literally seven men just standing by the front entrance inside, blocking the path. Here's an idea, buy something or get back in your vehicle. This is still a decent place to get gas and make a restroom break if needed. It's right off the highway and the staff were nice!

Every thing is brand new.

This is a brand new one year old T/A. It has not been listed in any Truck stop guide or GPS system. The parking lot is all concrete, with all new everything. The large lot ensures a parking spot, with reserved parking available. The restaurant, is one of the best for a T/A I have been to. The mechanics shop is grade A. Yahh I would avoid the city 50 miles away, in order to receive a great place again.

32 ounce monster for 21.99!!! Make sure to exit off of V18 rd exit 197.

32 ounce monster for 21.99!!! Yes the size of the steak is intimidating but i was surprised how well they cooked it for the size to medium rare. Make sure to exit off of V18 rd exit 197. The on scene waitress was Heather and she was polite and professional. Definitely cannot beat a good size steak for the price and tasty!!! Hidden little gem!

The pumps are not accurate. We only have a 16 gal tank. We had about a ¼ tank of gas. The pump said we pumped 16.5 gals. Not possible.

Bathrooms were ok for truck stop. Gas was cheapest in area. Lots of stuff to buy inside on your way out.

This place is horrible. Crappy food. Pumps never work. Worst coffee in the state. Avoid at all costs.

I had the fortune of stopping here for gas in the midst of my road trip back from Oklahoma, and…read morewow, was I impressed! I was cold as heck, and tired, so I thought getting myself a coffee would be a swell idea to warm me up, and provide me with something to do on my journey home. Caffeine doesn't really have an effect on me, but that's okay. I just anticipated getting a black coffee, maybe choosing between French vanilla or hazelnut roast, if I was lucky, and maybe it'd be brewed within the last few hours and not too burnt. Well, guess what? I was in for a real pleasant surprise! My coffee options were so bountiful! I don't normally opt for anything but black, what with the dairy and all, but this Kum & Go has my back with not one but TWO non-dairy creamers! While my original intention was to get a hot coffee, I wound up getting a huge iced coffee, freshly ground and brewed hazelnut, with oatmeal cookie oat milk creamer, and a couple pumps of caramel syrup. Can you imagine what this would have cost me at Starbucks? The cashier told me about the rewards program, and how the points can stack, so I'll probably sign up for that sometime in the near future, as I know we have one of these not too far from my house, and any way to help counter act the price of gas is groovy by me. The price of their refrigerated snacks seemed a little excessive to me? My dog is spoiled, and when we're on the road he will only eat salted meats and cheese . I got him a Jack Link's and cheddar bites package, and it was $3.99 for a small little pouch. Yikes.

Horrible Horrible Horrible Experience!…read more Is there any way to give no stars? This place doesn't even deserve one! I'd never in twenty years of living in Fairfield shopped there. But when they re-opened with a new store, I went to get snacks for those in my office. I was working from 9 am until 2 am during our busy season. Because they have no shopping carts or even hand held baskets, I'd walk to the register, put down at least six drinks and wait for my place in line to come up. The lines are long, two registers, one clerk. I was very very tired. When I got to the clerk, she refused to make eye contact, slapped my receipt down and did not say "thank you". I glanced up at her and she screamed "You can write my name down but there are cameras all over this store recording you and I've already reported you to the manager!" That was the first I realized I had mis-judged my place in line. I replied "I'm not writing your name down. I'm coding the receipt for our bookkeeper". And showed her the receipt where I had written "office snacks" on the top, not her name. It was embarrassing beyond belief. People probably thought I was trying to steal something. Forward two years: They had one drink there that I liked. I had been told that there was a new manger and the screaming employee was no longer there. So I went again to Kum and Go. I paid for the drink, and the counter clerk barked at me "SMILE!!!". I had just lost my home to eminent domain and was feeling very sad. I reported the incident to the new store manager who defended the employee saying "She just so happy, she wants everyone else to be happy, too." Anyone who has ever suffered a loss knows that barking "SMILE" at someone is not the way to make them feel better. For all she knew, I could have lost a child or some other family member. When I told her that I should not be required to do anything in their store but pay for the merchandise and that the employee's behavior was out of line, she said "I'm sorry feel that way." - which simply telling the customer that they are wrong. Someone remind me to not go to Kum and Go again. Please.
