UPDATE 6/2026: I'm…read moresad to say my opinion of this gym has really gone down since my original review. Sheree's Pilates, yoga, Yogalates, and barre classes continue to be challenging and effective. I've been her student for over two years now, and the difference in my abs and strength is amazing. That we can study with a professional ballet dancer for the price of a gym membership cannot be overstated, and to be honest, she is the only reason I'm still going to this gym. The turnover in trainers is ridiculous because they do not treat their staff well. I am a professional educator and understand people management, and what I see as an outsider corroborates what different former crew and former trainers have told me. Not one of the original staff from when I started is still there. Also, all the trainers that impressed me as a powerlifter and bodybuilder and gave me effective and challenging workouts are now gone. I don't want to have to keep starting over with a new trainer every few months, so I've canceled my training package. Finally, the turf area is kind of a joke. They still only have up to 40# KBs that I can see. They replaced the sled with this rolling thing that I never see anyone use because it "is easier for a lot of clients." Who goes to the gym to do easy things? I'm giving this review 3 starts because of Sheree Skiles and the fact that the pool is clean and I enjoy using it. I am disappointed to say the least. If you are serious about lifting, and fitness, I'd have to say look elsewhere.

Finally Found My Fitness Home!…read more I had been driving past New Body New Mind Fitness for almost six years before I finally decided to stop in back in February -- and I'm so glad I did! I've always been into fitness and health, but like many people, it was hard to stay consistent, especially after moving out and balancing adult life. Joining this all-women's gym has truly been a game changer. The classes are fun, challenging, and super motivating, and the energy here is so welcoming. The trainers actually take time to help you with your form and push you in the best way possible. You never feel judged -- just encouraged. Sabrina is amazing -- she genuinely cares about every single one of her clients and it shows in how she runs her gym. It's rare to find a business owner who's that invested in your progress and well-being. If you've been thinking about joining, just do it! You'll leave every class feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of yourself.

I was just seven pounds away from my goal when I lost my husband to suicide on July 19, 2024. It was the hardest time of my life, but Sabrina and her team went above and beyond visiting me and my kids, offering support, and reminding me that I wasn't alone. When I returned to the gym about a month later, they welcomed me with open arms and constant encouragement. Their morning hugs at 5 a.m. often kept me going when grief felt overwhelming. The gym became a place of healing and mental peace, not just fitness. Beyond the incredible coaches, the members at New Mind New Body are some of the most supportive, uplifting people I've ever met. I've made lifelong friendships and found a second home here. Shoutout to the new coaches, Melissa and Erika, for adding even more energy and positivity to this amazing team. Thank you all for the love, support, and strength you've given me this gym truly is something special.

I want to update my previous review and recognize Joe, the owner of Anytime Fitness in Rancho…read moreCucamonga, for how he handled our situation. We had a frustrating billing issue that resulted in our account being sent to collections, but once Joe became aware of what happened, he personally stepped in and made things right. Joe was extremely apologetic, listened to our concerns, and refunded our money in full. What impressed me most was his willingness to take responsibility and resolve the problem fairly. Mistakes can happen in any business, but the true measure of an owner is how they respond--and Joe handled this with professionalism, integrity, and genuine concern for us as customers. We truly appreciate Joe reaching out and correcting the situation. His response completely changed our experience, and he deserves five stars for standing behind his business and doing the right thing.

I did have complications with other gym members but that's a lot of places. No such thing as a perfect gym. I will admit that I had issues with specific individuals of staff in the past but they no longer work here thank goodness (also good riddance). While I was gone I was told that the owners decided to take it upon themselves and change the environment of their establishment. Basically "under new management". I was skeptical at first when I came back but after seeing the new environment I have to admit, I think this place has changed for the better. Yes sometimes the equipment breaks but there's still plenty more to accommodate. This is basically a bodybuilding gym so the treadmill issue I have no control over. If you wanna complain about the bathrooms and the coffee shop problem, then that's on you for not going to bathroom when it was free. Plenty of places like Starbucks only have 2 bathrooms too so if you wanna complain about a small, private gym having 2 bathrooms then you're a special kind of stupid/entitled. Aside from everything that's changed here, there aren't really that many big issues anymore. If you want to buy a membership here then I do recommend it. This gym is like no other.

It was upsetting to hear they charge if you use debit/credit cards now but it wasn't a huge issue because I was able to provide my bank info. The gym is still well maintained. It's clean, the equipment works, and staff is there to assist. This gym offers team training, cycling classes, aerobic type classes, weights, hydro massage, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and lots of equipment. They even have hydro massage and a smoothie bar. The quality of service was good. The only downfall at this location is parking. This location has gotten more popular and parking can be a pain sometimes.

Chuze fitness I've…read morehad an uncomfortable experience with one of the front desk employees at Choose Fitness Fontana. She works Sundays, usually around the afternoon/evening hours. Every time I've encountered her, she comes across as very rude and unwelcoming. For example, when I said "hi," she simply said "hi" back without even looking at me. There was no friendly interaction or basic customer service, which made me feel like I wasn't welcome at the gym. Her attitude and lack of manners really stand out, especially for someone working at the front desk and representing the gym. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the situation. Members should feel welcomed and respected when they walk into the gym.

He is the African American man who wears a white long sleeve at the La Fitness in Fontana Ca.  The incident occurred 08/07/2026 at 1:40 pm. I was taking a selfie on my smart phone after exercising on the stationary bike. While I was adjusting to take a picture of myself.  Chris approached me and said  "there are women behind you can't do that" as if he assumed I was taking a picture of them in the background. The problem is he was assuming and in reality I was adjusting to take a single solo shot without anyone in the background. I felt offended and this not my character of who I am. No selfie picture was taken because I was still adjusting. How would you feel if you were approached and warned and you did nothing wrong. I am a Military Veteran with class and honor and I am respectful to everyone. For this person to assume I was taking inappropriate pictures is wrong. I felt disrespected and I am shock. I am in a brink of canceling my membership.

Worse, they leave the bars standing upright, which is a clear safety hazard. I brought this to an employee's attention, but he showed no concern--he simply turned around and walked off. Ironically, the same employee was later seen chatting for about 15 minutes with 4-5 friends who were taking up the only seating in the locker room. What really crossed the line was the vaping. Several people were vaping right in the locker room, and instead of addressing it, the employee was laughing and socializing with them like nothing was wrong. For a place meant to promote health, this behavior is completely unacceptable. Planet Fitness should strongly consider adding clear signage reminding no vaping, members not to leave bars upright and not to work out in front of the dumbbell racks--for everyone's safety and convenience.
