CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've used this service for several years…read moreand was especially pleased with the technicians. But the customer service is so bad, I finally have had it. The older woman is rude and today's contact was so unpleasant, no matter what the lawn service is like, I'm going to switch. She is an obviously older woman whom I called about my application being made in the rain and the forecast is for rain the rest of the day. She argued that it didn't matter and said she would pass on my concern. I asked if that meant I'd be contacted and she said she didn't know. She obviously totally dismissed the concern I called about. I stated I thought I would cancel my account and she flippantly said that was fine. I've been trying to login to pay the outstanding balance and I can't get into my account. I guess these folks have so many customers that they don't care how they treat them.

They did a…read morewalk through with my husband, said everything looked good then a month later I was double charged. When questioned their "customer service" told me three times to check the terms and conditions. Apparantly they thought our grass was too high and charged us double. Never saying anything to us right before the cut. We went with this company be we wanted to support small/local business and received the lowest level of customer support and underhanded pricing policies than we've ever received. In addition, there prices are MUCH higher than others. Hope this review helps others. In response to your comment: you've honored my request to discontinue service??? Hahaha. Thank you so much for agreeing to be fired. You DID NOT honor my request for a credit since we were never told about a double charge. You DID NOT honor my request to have the owner contact me. And you missed the point- it wasn't the timing of the charge it was the fact that your mowers came out, spoke to my husband, agreed there was nothing out of the normal- didn't mention they thought the grass was long - and then went ahead and charged me double. I hope everyone can see what a disreputable company you are.

(Mason's did have the better price though!) Spoiler alert, the other company did not complete it quickly and the project became a mess. Will certainly use Masons for our next project no matter the timeline.
