Believe it or not, it's hard to find a place that does custom auto exhaust (or maybe I'm looking in the wrong place) but anyways, he reached out to me and we texted back and forth. He matched me up with an exhaust place down the street from my work, and gave me a great price! I looked up the place just to be extra sure and it was legit and highly rated. And the work speaks (and sounds) for itself. The shop actually quoted me less than what Jeff did which was even more awesome! DEFINITELY STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS! I'm posting this review because I've tried to get a hold of these "brokers" which I had rebuild my transmission back in January. When I got the car back the transmission was giving a hard jolt from 2nd to 3rd gear and was told by James just to baby it and it would go away!?? So I've only driven the car 2k miles and it went out completely and left me stranded. I've tried calling the 1800 number and the number James was texting me from previously for 2 weeks and still haven't heard back. Also when I got my car picked up in January it had little damage to the front end due to my car being lowered, when I got the car back my whole front end looked like it had rear ended another vehicle. James said he would send someone out to "take care of me" because I had pictures as did he of how it looked before and after but he just got ghost on me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE BECAUSE THESE GUYS ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS AT ALL. THEY CANT EVEN WARRANTY THE WORK SINCE YOU WONT BE ABLE TO GET A HOLD OF THEM! read more

I'm torn on what to give this business, but I settled on 4 stars (obviously). What I wish I knew from the start was that they are not a shop. They are a broker of sorts who connected us to a very reliable shop. From the start, we had contact with a man named Jeff. Jeff was extremely friendly and communicative (through voice and text) and he found us a great quote for a difficult job we had to do on a Honda Civic. It even included towing! What we didn't know was that the shop the vehicle was towed to was several miles away. This made the process problematic, due to many factors, the details of which I will spare you. A more local shop would have made the process easier for us, but with Jeff not being local, he either did not understand the difficulties of getting serviced at a non-local shop or he was more focused on price - which was several hundred dollars less than what we found on our own, so I really can't complain THAT much. Ultimately, we are thankful for Jeff's assistance and appreciative of his manner and attention. read more

First off, this is not a review in regards to any work done with my car, as I did not get my car serviced here. This review is purely based on my experience with them. Personally, for me service is more important than the work that is being done. Why? Because as someone who has worked in the service industry and provides consultation myself it's the relationship that matters. You can be the smartest guy on the planet, but if you have a crap attitude no one wants to work with you. A car at the end of the day is a pile of metal and rubber and I'll go through 3-4 cars before my time comes, but I will remain the constant. When I looked into ACE, my primary objective was building a long term relationship to get ALL my car needs satisfied, not only mine but my wife's also. I had tried the dealership, in-town and out-of-town mechanics and never felt like they were doing what's best for me. It literally feels like each time I go in needing one thing, I come out needing 10 other things. Does it really take $60 to change my cabin air filter? (Fact: it doesn't, I pay $10 for a cabin air filter and do it myself, in less than 5 minutes. You can Youtube how to do it and save a lot of $$$). When I saw ACE on Yelp, I thought this could be the long term relationship based on the car services they offered. The last part of my decision in wanting to work with them over other places was because they said they could do what I needed in time for a trip I had coming up to NorCal, so I put down a 50% deposit and was ready to get started. Firstly, Monica from servicing was extremely helpful throughout. She notified me when the parts came in and answered all my questions through text, because I was extremely worried this wouldn't get done in time for my trip. I'd rather be prepared ahead of time, then wait until the last second and be told it's not doable or will take longer than estimated. She told me they would reach out to me on when to bring in my car as the parts were now in. It's the day before my trip and I haven't heard when to bring my car in, and you can't fix a car if the car is not in the shop. Rather than risk or rush anything I asked them to cancel the job because it doesn't look like it'll happen in time and I'll review it again when I get back from my trip in around two weeks. I also needed my car for other appointments I had scheduled later in the day and couldn't wait in case something comes up at the mechanics, because we all know stuff happens. Finally, I got a call from David, thinking "Okay, maybe there was a miscommunication or something and let's figure it out.". Instead I was greeted with the rudest, most salesman-like conversation ever. David never let me speak and would cut me off whenever I spoke. It was the typical, I'm going to keep talking until you agree because I know better. When I finally got a word in, he stated how he didn't want to deal with me because I was being extremely difficult and he didn't want my business. I'm not sorry if raising concerns and asking questions is "being difficult". One of the rudest parts of the conversation was when he said he had to take a call from other customers because I wasn't one. Last I checked I put 50% down and just wanted some type of communication, not an excuse or being told what I should do. When I told him I AM a customer, his response was "The customer is always right. The customer is always right. You're right.", there was nothing I was trying to be right about. When I tried to elaborate on why I don't want to risk rushing anything he got snappy and said they had the best mechanics with top quality. He then said, "what do you know about cars? How long do you think this will take? Tell me!". Before I could finish even a few words he cut me off saying that they were the best. Hate to break the news, but when you have two reviews on Yelp, no physical address listed on your website and claim you're the best, it doesn't elicit a lot of confidence. The cherry on top was when I tried to explain why I'm concerned and he hung up on me. I'm sure that's the type of relationship people want to be in with any business, where: 1. they don't listen to your concern. 2. tell you you're not a customer. 3. hang up on you when you want to say something. Also extremely shady business practices. I was asked by their servicing team for my card information so they could issue me a refund for the 50% payment I had done. Instead I found a charge for $1,231.63 and then another 15 minutes later for $328.94. Apparently James who I thought was a solid dude is extremely sketch and runs his business that way. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. read more

Business quickly provides quote without even seeing my car or getting much information about it, but refuses to provide location of the shop that services my area because they don't have enough information (after I provided my zip code)? First off the customer service was excellent. I really appreciate the communication and reliability of James. James called and text me multiple times to explain everything and let me know what was going on in the process. Him and his team came to my job and diagnosed my car and had everything fixed by the time I got off work. I didn't have to deal with tow trucks or anything, they fixed it right on the spot in the parking lot of my job. That's pretty awesome. I recently had a catalytic converter anti-theft mesh plate installed in my 2015 BMW X5 here. The welders did a fantastic clean job on the weld and the work was done in a timely manner. The customer service/management needs some attention however. The business was quick to ask for payment upfront and set up times for installation but failed to check with the welders to see their work load. I arrived at the shop at my designated time, only to be turned away minutes later due to them not having the materials ready. I was told the I was going to be given a Courtesy call 30 mins prior to the welders working on my SUV only to be called by the Customer Representative to show up in 10 mins without a chance to reschedule. I don't appreciate having to make so many adjustments due to a business poor management tactics. I would advise anyone go check another auto body shop for reliable service. read more

T1GO had the lowest bid by FAR & upgraded my warranty from 3 mos to 6 mos at no additional cost. Not only did they replace my transmission within their stated time frame but they also fixed some engine code issues I had for free. I don't even know where to start! From the minute I spoke with Monica she was amazing! Super caring and compassionate. We needed a entire engine removal and replacement. I called tons of places and even a family friend and nobody wanted the job. Monica never hesitated! I spoke with David to and he was beyond nice! These people honestly seemed to good to be true. I asked multiple times if they were real! It's sad that people can't be trusted nowadays and their still is amazing people out there. David had the car towed from are location all the way to Ontario. Monica and David where with us every step of the way. They found us a used engine with low miles for a great price! They repaired everything extremely fast and honest. They even drove the car personally back home to us! Monica reminds me of a Tia I've always wanted! Truly amazing people! I will send everyone I know to them! I set up a appointment to get my muffler fixed communicating with the owner of the shop. There was some miss communication at the shop when I arrived and couldn't fit me in today. I was upset and took my business else where. David Nava (I'm assuming one of the managers) called me from his personal line and apologized and sympathized with my frustration. By his professionalism, he earned my business back. He gave me his word and stuck to it. He sent me to a near by shop and had my muffler fixed in 30 mins. I wasn't too sure about doing business with them at first, because people weren't leaving reviews. However, James reached out after seeing I was not responding. He promised to beat other shops' prices and customer service if I gave him the opportunity to do business. So let me tell you, T1GO is by far the most customer centric business!
