In today's day and age of inconsistent communication, mediocrity, unreliability, lack of…read moretrustworthiness and dependability and outrageous prices for poor service, Aliaksandr at MasterFix Solutions proved to be the proverbial needle in the haystack as he delivered excellent communication from start to finish, spectacular work with tremendous attention to detail, showed up early each day and stayed late in order to ensure he finished prior to the agreed upon deadline, was trustworthy and dependable every step of the way and best of all, he was willing to do fantastic work at a fair price and had no issue working within my budget while still delivering superior results. Aliaksandr at MasterFix Solutions was the epitome of first class customer service from start to finish, as he completely transformed two bathrooms that had sustained water damage. He handled everything from the drywall and painting to the installation of flooring and resetting of the plumbing fixtures. He worked extremely hard each day to stay on schedule and took the time to make sure I was pleased with his progress each day. He was also very personable, friendly and humble and was very appreciative of the opportunity to take on this project as he did not take one minute for granted. He also took tremendous pride in his work and at the end of the project he made sure that everything was cleaned up, all trash was disposed of and I was completely happy with the final outcome before asking for one cent of payment, which is rare in today's day and age of upfront deposits paired with inconsistent service. I know first-hand how difficult it can be to find someone you can trust in your home to take care of projects both big and small, so I am beyond ecstatic that I found that "needle in the haystack" in Aliaksandr at MasterFix Solutions and I highly recommend you give him a call for all of your households needs, whether it be drywall, painting, flooring, general handyman work, etc, as he is a shining light in the midst of a sea of darkness and I am thankful to have found him and look forward to seeing his business grow in the years ahead. Welcome to the 5 out of 5 star club Aliaksandr as it is well deserved....job well done!

I reached out to this handyman contracting service for an estimate on some work in our home, and…read moreeven though we ultimately chose another provider, they made a genuinely strong impression. They arrived exactly when they said they would, which already sets the right tone, and every bit of communication along the way was professional, prompt, and easy to follow in that way that keeps the whole process calm rather than chaotic. The estimate itself was five stars, clear, organized, and written in a way that made it simple to understand the scope of the work without any pressure attached, and that kind of clarity is something I always appreciate when comparing options. We didn't select them for this particular project, but based on how they handled the initial steps, they will absolutely stay on our list for future work because reliability and good communication matter just as much as the finished product and they demonstrated both without any fuss.
