I have used TRock Roofing on multiple properties that I own, including our home and have referred them to my neighbors, friends and family. They have always done an exceptional job and my contact, Bob Nankervis, has always been up front and honest with his quotes and has never done, or even suggested any work that I don't actually need. This has happened to me before with another contractor that turned out to not even be from Texas. It was a NIGHTMARE. Needless to say, when we got some hail, I was apprehensive about choosing the right roofer. I called TRock, Bob came out and checked my shingles and told me everything looked fine and that I woulndn't need any work. New flashings around the chimney were not installed but were painted to look as if they were new. Rust is still visible on one of the flashings they did not paint. New flashings were not installed on the skylight either. Instead of using the flashing material, the contractor walked off with a complete role and told me "I have a good use for this." Seems to me that it would have been a "good use" on my roof. Incidentally, they were paid to install new flashings which they did not install.. read more

I was looking for someone to help me with a dryer vent on my roof. I saw Bob Nankervis parked across the street from my house and asked if he had time to take a look. He went above and beyond to make two trips up on the roof and fixed the problem right away just to be of help and service because I think he knew I shouldn't be getting up there myself. Sam Rogers was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and had our roof replaced quickly. Damage to a fence was also repaired and he was able to get the insurance to cover everything.
