After pushing for a full refund, they said they would only do so if they could take back the flowers from the family, which is incredibly unprofessional and puts the family in an uncomfortable position. She tried to guilt us by saying that we were arguing about money, and this is something we shouldn't care about for someone who just passed away, which was incredibly insensitive as we are dealing with the loss ourselves. Very disappointing experience, especially for something as important as a funeral. I would not recommend, the resolution process lacked professionalism and accountability.
