I was worried about the reviews and should have paid more attention. I was looking at a 2009 BMW M3…read moreVIN WBSWD93579P361863. I spoke with Gavin the salesperson, and he told me about the car and said there were no major issues he knew of. I scheduled a PPI for the next day, and here is where the problems started. AFTER I paid for the PPI, Auto Barn jumped the price from $24,999 to $29,999. Here are some excerpts from the PPI on the car Gavin told me was in Good condition. "The vehicle has a check engine light on and the engine malfunction light on and the reduced engine power light on. The vehicle would not accelerate well or pick up speed. The vehicle is in limp mode. The engine runs rough and there is a small amount of abnormal smoke coming from the tailpipe. The check engine light is on. The increase emissions light is on, and the DSC light is on" "I noted the power steering fluid level is low, rack and pinion seals leaking, and the engine shows active oil leaks. The rear differential is leaking fluid." I have tried to call several times, but they will not answer their phones and texted several times now with no answers.

After test driving the vehicle and agreeing too purchase, I told them I would come back in 2 days with a check, can you please, Clean the vehicle inside and out, it was filthy, tire pressure light was on, most likely low pressure in one of the tires, chip in the windshield that needed to be repaired, and also wanted to make sure the it came with 2 key fobs, jeremy said, no problem at all, it will all be taken care of and be ready for you too pick up in 2 days. I drove 2 hours back to pick up the vehicle 2 days later and guess what.... None of the items were done, they did wash the vehicle but still dirty on the inside, little kids fingerprints/smudges all over the windows, etc... Didnt fix chip in windshield, tire pressure light still on, no extra key fob. I still bought the vehicle, but be warned... these guys have ZERO PROFESSIONAl SKILLS! Its basically a dirty warehouse with a dirty office that houses cars that they sell. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I just purchased a vehicle from here and must say that I am shocked to see all the negative reviews…read moreon here, my experience was the total opposite of negative. I saw the car online, sent in a inquiry about it, the next day I got emails to come in and see the car but there was only one picture of the vehicle, so I said "no 'm not unless you post more pictures for me to look at". They sent me several and told me they had just got the car in and that's why there was only one picture and it wasn't inspected or detailed. I then got an email from salesman Peter and he asked if I would be coming in that day since the pics were sent, I said yes, (with the determination of NOT buying a vehicle) but just looking at it as it wasn't clean, but did have a clean autocheck history and did have every bell and whistle that I wanted in a vehicle. I got there and was treated great! Peter was a fun and honest and professional person to work with and made my experience enjoyable. He didn't try and BS me about anything dealing with the car and was upfront about what he (the dealership) could and could not do. I would use him again if need be. Now my only gripe if there is one is this, why would a dealership even load pictures of a car that they just got in and list it for sale when they haven't done any inspections, any maintenance or detailing. That's like putting the cart before the horse. So I bought the car on that Saturday (so much for not buying when I said I wouldn't), but didn't receive it until Wednesday because they had to do the aforementioned maintenance, inspections, detailing. Peter did honor his word by having the car delivered to me since I lived about an hour or so away and didn't want to drag my wife back down there to go get it. So all and all this was a pleasurable experience, I love the car (SUV), it came to me clean and small imperfections were repaired/corrected to my surprise. Only time will tell if the car will hold up but everything on it seems nice and strong so I am pleased. Thank you Peter and the rest of the staff that helped (even if it was just getting us water to drink), I appreciate it and am glad I am not one of the people who had bad experiences for whatever reason.

Run from dealership or they will trap you in their showroom / waiting room all day. The noise…read morelevel in here is unbearable and there really are no amenities. I am here for a recall on my Tucson and the mechanic got grease on my seat that wasn't there before. Now I am back in waiting room purgatory until detailing makes this right.

When I asked "your brother" directly about replacing the SNOW TIRES on your car, he said they're…read morenew, and come down and test drive the car, they don't drive like snow tires! How about you go to Continental's website to see what they have to say about driving snow tires in warm weather? https://www.continental-tires.com/car/tire-knowledge/tire-change-fitting/changing-tires/winter-tires-in-summer I get that you don't understand...clearly because your ego is preventing you from learning. But, hey, let's attack the person writing a bad review about us without addressing how that review came to be. Right? That will surely win support of the public for our business. (also, just to clear the air about the conversation, I posted a screenshot of the entirety of it) I'm not sure what was worse. The implication that it's fine to drive a car with snow tires in the deep south during spring time (because it drives just fine! lol)...Or their refusal to put appropriate new tires on a ~$16,000+ car they're selling. "Like a child blocked him" - Nah, I'm just not a fan of wasting my time with an outfit that puts snow tires on a car, then suggests that snow tires drive great! Funny world we live in these days, where you simultaneously suggest I "be a man" by calling you, but insist that snow tires are no big deal! How about you google "snow tires" and "safe stopping distance" - Then, you might see why it's an IDIOTIC idea to drive with them on a four thousand pound car in the deep south, where it's not going to snow for the foreseeable future. No amount of dealing can replace some common sense - Which is why I blocked you. I'm not putting myself in a car that could hurt myself or others because of the stupidity of a used car dealer. Maybe you should learn from this and address the safety issue, before a car you sell kills someone. I wasn't being fair? lol. It's not fair to any of us when you're selling cars that are dangerous.

Neither one of them were man enough to admit that they sold me a car that was bad and since Georgia has a lemon law they had no choice but to take the car back. During that process they refused to and it led to the dealerships main manager getting out of hand. He was rude and disrespectful and for someone who is supposed to be a ceo he definitely has no respect for his potential customers. Steer clear from this car dealership. All of the google reviews are friends and family as well!
