Store is amazing and they were super helpful in getting my plan switched over from verizonread more

Had to switch carriers, fell for the free 13 when you turn in your qualifying device. They got me…read morea supposedly "brand new" device. They set it up for me after which I run over to Walmart to buy a case to protect it. When I'm putting it on the "new" phone I see that the display is defective with green lines running from top to bottom. I call immediately and they say they'll talk to their iPhone guy and get if figured out. I don't Hear back, so I come back in on Monday. They can't help me because they sold all their iphone 13's and they already sent the phone they took for trade in back to where ever they send it. They call Apple, explain what happened and set up an appointment to swap it out. apparently that's the Only way to get a new phone since they don't have and won't be getting any more 13's. So I drive And hour and a half and turns out Apple can't do that. They can only repair It since it was through t-mobile, but they can't fix it that day Anyway unless I leave my phone with them all day. I go back to T-Mobile and explain again. Their answer?..."Call this customer care number. They will send you a new phone directly, no cost, and then you ship you're phone back to them in a prepaid box." Fine...NOT! I can pay $100 plus a security deposit for them to swap it out, but it will be replaced with a "like new." So essentially they sold me a defective refurbished or returned device. Won't return my phone so I can go somewhere else, and isn't taking the blame or doing anything to make it right. They also charged me for their protection plan when I said no, and accidentally opened extra phone lines on my account that took a few days for them to finally fix. I asked if I would be charged for them. They said not to worry. It won't be very much since you canceled them. But I still paid the stupid activation fee for the bogus line. There were a few other things that were problemati that i won't go into, these were the major ones. But This has been a headache and a half! One problem after another! Upside? The people I worked with were very nice, but management or corporate, or policy or whatever is a load of crap!! And unfortunately I will tell everyone who asks to go somewhere else.
