Second, our phone quality was awful. We couldn't hear anything. Technicians told us that our connection was insufficient, and we would have to buy another connection for $500 a month. Total comes to $886 a month, for something other companies charge less than $100 for. They sent me a technician who introduced himself as "Cheese". He was extremely unprofessional. He mocked my office, my company, and our equipment. His cell phone blared throughout my whole building, playing a "ringdingdyding" childish ring-tone fit for a high school freshman, which he took the call in the middle of our meeting, loudly bragging that another client had insufficient service but "too bad for them because they signed a 5 year deal haha!" and then told me "they're in the same boat as you". Highly dissatisfied with the service. I would not recommend going to the store.
