After a lengthy visit and replacing four iPhones on a promotional plan, which automatically switched my business plan to the new 5G plan, I was promised that my bill would only reflect a $30 per month increase. Come to find my bill up $130 monthly. The store doesn't help with billing so I was told to call 611, and after an hour and 10 minutes on the phone I still have no resolution and my bill is going to remain way more expensive than they sold me on. Highly dissatisfied with the service. I would not recommend going to the store. read more

I have been a Customer of TMobile for almost 17 Years and counting. Their Customer Service is superlative and thats a huge reason why I stay. Over the Years I have met some very special employees and Managers who have gone out of their way at the Hartsdale Location. I am an Android Note addict so not everyone knows how to compare those to what may be the Best Jump to get me a phone I would be happy with. But taking the time at the Store to listen and educate me, no pushy sales, I have referred several to make the move from a Competitor, to TMobile. T-Mobile is one of the worst phone companies I've dealt with. Pete the manager at this location was very aggressive and talked to me as if I was a child. He threatened to not help me with my problem if I did not be quiet. He did this several times as if i was his slave. He made me feel very uncomfortable! He told me he worked here for 22 years and he couldn't of been wrong. He said I never purchased my phone from them after I sworn up and down I did. I ended up finding proof of the purchase at that location and he never apologized but became defensive and even more rude! All of his workers stood there in silence. He was beyond rude and I will be paying off my phones and leaving the company because of his horrible customer service! read more

Then I asked him to please put on a mask (his co-worker had one on) and he refused. I told him I was compromised and he said he didn't have to wear one. To cancel they make it so painful and if you paid anything to them they will make to go back and forth between store and the corporate call center . Very rude service. If they don't have the phone you want in stock and they can't make a sale, they basically refuse to talk to you. I walked in just looking for information as to how I could upgrade my iPhone 6 Plus 16gb (poor life decision) for something with more memory and they basically didn't want to talk to me. "We don't have the plus in stock" punto end of story bye. Things that could have been done to improve my customer experience: 1) We don't have the plus in stock, but let me call and see if they have it in stock for you at our_____ store. 2) Are you interested in a phone other than the iPhone 7 plus? We have x, y, z in stock which may fit your needs. (I was not committed to getting an iPhone but no one wanted to discuss other options with me). 3) I'm sorry I couldn't help you today, if you can give me x,y,z information when you come in next time I'll be happy to help you. I have noticed from other yelp reviews that this lack of service, or rudeness is endemic in the T-Mobile stores in Westchester. Just look at the reviews of this location in Hartsdale, and the T-mobile store in White Plains. Customer satisfaction and customer service should be more heavily emphasized by T-Mobile, after all, customer satisfaction is correlated to increased/repeated sales. I for one, know that when I went to the AT&T store with my boyfriend on central avenue, he got approximately 10 minutes of quality service. Take note T-Mobile, take note. read more

When your making a purchase be aware of restocking fees i have never seen a 50$ flat restocking fee on all phones so if u buy a phone thats 100 and its defective and you change your mind you just paid for half the phone vs a 800 phone ... i can understand 10% or 20% which is what bestbuy and other stores charge but flat 50 isnt fair and being i told the mgr why i was buying that exact phone and it didnt perform it was actually defective and i was willing to buy a better phone still had to pay that fee i normally goto tmobile n palasaides mall each time i stray i have a bad experencice i went to store in white plains guy rushed me out didnt do everything for acct and now this ... wont be buying nothing from this location again ... read more

Last time I had a good experience. Unfortunately I don't have the names to offer. Yesterday was a joke. I went in with questions about my current phone and wanted information about a possible new I phone. The girl in the far left corner at the desk was obviously annoyed that I bothered her. She yawned throughout the brief encounter and then began texting. What a joke! If I go in again I will wait for the girl that I had the last time so the other one can resume her nap. read more
