Customer service was horrendous. I walked in and sales rep gave me a head nod which was apparently my cue to walk over. He was a fast talker, barely paying attention to me. I asked a few questions and he answered quickly, with general responses. I asked him about services tailored to me as a new customer -- any deals, he said he couldn't really help until he ran my credit. Which is fine, but he didn't seem like he would be helpful or detailed throughout the process. I actually wanted to buy a new phone but not with someone who clearly couldn't bother to be at work. This particular store and its people are not legit! They are dishonest in every sense of the business. I pop by this store in order to join a family plan and update my old phone, I was told there was a promotion going on for that particular week where every member of the plan could get credit when buying a new handset. I took the promotion with a promise of getting $200 worth of credit and gave them my old phone worth of $150. My relative updated his previous device with only 6 months of use, also with another promise of credit and also gave them his brand new phone worth of $650. NONE OF US!! NEVER GOT ANY CREDIT!!! And on top of that we're paying full price for our new devices ( they did not applied any amount regarding our old devices) AND my relative is paying for TWO devices: the new one he unnecessarily updated and the old one too!!! A month later we came back to the store in order to fix the problem and guess what? They say it was a mistake and there's nothing they can do. They can not reverse the situation neither give us our previous device back. No way out! In other words: we took a bait and now we are screwed. They never offer any kind of solution, they never refunded of any amount they took, they never gave us any credit, and never gave us a f***! All they say is; "we are sorry! we made a mistake, but we can not do anything" They never cared for us in any sense, even though they admitted they made a mistake, and they never offered us any kind of customer service that would at least ease the hassle. A guy named Andrew was the sales associate that us into this mess and Kamal was his incompetent manager that didn't do a thing about it. We reported them to the Hudson County Consumer Protection and filed a complaint. We are waiting for the outcome. Case still pending. These people are thieves and they are evil about it. They are trained to deceive and they people's money. Their job is to get the store's numbers up regardless of who pays for it. They viciously engage customers into sell products and services with promises good deal but they can not keep their promises. After all customers are screwed by them and that is the end of their story! This store should be out of business because its not legit and these people should be in jail because they are dishonest, deceive, and thieves. read more

This location is the worst. The girls that work their are rude and when they finally are helping you are the worst. They have no customer service. Why???? Because the store located on bergenline and they mostly see Hispanic customer . Went to the store to try to get some help on my account . My brother was trying to leave my account and get his own so I went to the store because we had to be in person for them to do it. So when I get to the store the guy I spoke to told me that they don't do that there. . When I said the customer service people said they did he said I was lying and to call the customer service because that's not their jobs. I had to call and take care of everything my self because he was just giving me an attitude about it. the worst decision that i made it switch from my oldest company to this one. this company offer me 1 thing and now you guys are telling me that my contract does not match with the promotion. They check my contract they give me the promo code, they help me step by step with everything on the phone And now comes that for 3rd time the promotion its been decline.
