When we finally closed our business and cancelled…read morethe service, they went ahead and charged us for an extra 30 days because they said we are charged a early termination fee and they just make you pay another 30 days which we didn't have any type of contract with them, just a shady and really gross way to treat loyal customers. Oh and I can't tell you how many times we lost our Wi-Fi just if the wind blew, but yet we still stayed loyal to them whenever AT&T was available in our area.
