My wife got cussed out by an employee in the print department over the phone. We escalated to the…read moremanager and he told me that he didn't hear it, we don't know who did it, and the print department said it didn't happen. I'm leaving a review to warn others of this place disrespecting customers without taking accountability. I understand hearsay is a tough thing to cut through as a manager, but they have someone in the print department that doesn't need to work in customer service and there is nothing being done. So here it is. Wife ordered from the print department for something with work and called asking a if it was there as it has not been there before when she ordered it a month back. When she called, they needed to put her on hold, once the hold stopped they said "print department". So my wife started asking if her print was there, and around 5 words in, the hold music starts again. She sat on hold a little longer before she had to hang up while getting ready for work. She called back right before leaving the house and the same man answered and immediately said "don't act like I can't hear you talking fucking shit" and immediately hung up. She didn't talk shit, she told me what has happened in an annoyed tone while she was unexpectedly thrown into hold in the middle of her talking. That's when I called and spoke with the manager. He was defensive but apologized saying that the internet was acting funny but saying he would address it. My wife went to pick up her order which was there this time. She talked to the manager to address the treatment over the phone. He said I spoke to your husband over the phone and took what his employees said as the truth as at this point, there was no name given over the phone so it's just his word against ours. Therefore this review is necessary. I hope y'all learn to control your emotions before speaking to a young woman that way. Extremely disrespectful, especially from well grown men. But for customers, this happened today. So hopefully they either control their behavior or move into a different role because you can't talk to people that way. Especially as a business

I saw that the print shop was closed and said to an employee that the website said they close at 8:00pm. She very rudely told me they shut down the copy center at 7:40pm and then said "have a nice evening!" Shooing me out the door. Nothing on the website about closing the print shop at 20 min till closing. It's the only place that prints after 7pm in my town. Not going back.

Tammy has come to our house many times to work on our washers, stoves etc. She is so nice and so helpful. Clewell's also makes duplicate keys for free for personal use. They carry plumbing and faucet supplies, paint, generators, lawn mowers, appliances, cleaning supplies, tools, filters and on and on. Today we came in for a new stove, a broom for the semi and some batteries. Aaron fixed us right up. He said we can get the stove in black and it will be delivered Monday afternoon, they even take the old stove with them and dispose of it. I highly recommend this place!!

This is the kind of place where you can get the help and reliable advice you need and buy an amazing array of products for a reasonable price. I'd prefer this store to the big-box stores any time.

So this is a great break and fun for people who haven't experienced Native American souvenir shops. The bisons over on the back of the property are beautiful and there is even a dog park too! Take a stop. Stretch your legs. Grab a fried pie because on the road the calories don't count, right?!? Lol! Take some fun pics or do a dang tiktok (my 14 yr old insisted we participate and do it today here). Grab the habanero pickles or salsa. It's a fun little thing.
