After 15 minutes I was checked in and spoke briefly with Anthony again where I would have to trade in my phone or pay an additional cost if I didn't want to trade in. I waited a little over a hour and half. Finally seen with someone and was told my phone would save me $300. Anthony wasn't available, I asked if I could call and set an appointment for my time to not be wasted again; I was not granted that. Absolutely not. I'm so displeased and feel like my time was wasted. I understand policies change but there was no consideration after waiting for a long time to be accommodated for next visit to be helped thoroughly.

We could not do the switch. Having just been a victim of id theft, I explained that I was concerned and asked about my information being deleted. He started getting insulted and started accusing me. I stated again I was concerned and he totally blew me off and said that I would have to call customer service. The worse part was this manager was training a new employee. Felt like I was in some shady used car lot.

Went there for the promotion to get the new iPhone 15, and nobody bothered to disclose any upfront fees, but was asking me to pay as we went on with the activation. Was sold a plug because "otherwise we could not sell you the phone" that I did not need and told them that I have an original apple at home and so decided to cancel all my promotion and return everything. Upon my return the next day, I was told if I asked the info to be disclosed to me as if I had to know before I went there and the representative job would have been just to sell! Fortunately the store in Warrington was happy to assist and be honest and helpful. Customer connections aren't built in one day and I hope TMobile does a better job with their hiring!

As a Medicare plans provider, we recently switched to Lighthouse for our new IP Phone System…read morebecause the federal government recently requires all companies selling Medicare insurance programs to record all conversations. Our current IP Phone System through Verizon could not do this. We panicked and immediately had to buy recording devices to attach to our phones, which was impractical. We called Lighthouse, explained what we needed, and they proposed the perfect solution. Within five days, Lighthouse installed our new IP phone system. Tom and his team installed the new IP Phones and trained our staff. Since the system was installed, we needed to retrieve one of the recordings; within 10 minutes of our request, we were able to hear and read the recording. After they cashed the installation and set up check they have been IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. They have schedule 2-3 appointments to help us with technical issues and no showed/no called. The fax line they were supposed to install has never worked. Its been 3 months and they still have not fixed this issue. Today Tom the owner said he would send a tech out at 2:30pm, no one showed up or even bother to call or cancel. Horrible customer support. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
