I got Excellent Service from this location. Here's the scenario: My phone would not hold a charge. Also, in order to even charge the phone, the charger port had to be reinforced by electrical tape to allow the charging cable to stay in the charger port and make contact with its elements. What? Insurance? Yah, I had that 360 thing, but my issue, I was told by unsympathetic and numerous call centers was, "not covered" and the ever helpful (not) we're going to assist you by "passing the call to anywhere but our department." But I digress. Fortunately for me right up the street on Garrisonville, is a superior TMobile store. My interactions with Mr. Jordan, Ms. Alia, Mr. Rangel and Mr. Juan were all epically superb. Mr. Jordan assisted me with activation of my new device and made it truly painless. Ms. Alia (new hire) commiserated and offered insites and helpful suggestions and Mr. Rangel I consider my technical advisor he ensured I made sound technical/phone decisions. Mr. Juan was instrumental in helping minimize my stress level over a 2 week period while I waited for my new phone from another Vendor. His customer service skills are second to none. I know. I have spent hours in that store. Their dedication to customer service, product knowledgeability, empathy and teamwork was and is phenomenal. Soooo...if you'd like to be treated like an adult AND you go in to the store acting like an adult, in spite of your frustration with the faceless voices at call center customer support, make sure you support this location. All I can say is, get out of this retail establishment as quickly and as far as you can. You'll have a whole different experience if you drive a little further to Fredericksburg (Specifically to 1036 Warrenton Rd Ste 101, Fredericksburg, VA 22406) which is around 15/20 minutes away). Ever since Sprint merged with T-Mobile, I've had the worst cell service coverage ever. This review is to solely give kudos to the T-mobile representative, Donte, who did his best to troubleshoot the issue and find a solution. He changed settings, replaced the SIM card, did a few other things and even explained the ongoing new tower replacement that's still ongoing since the merge. He was knowledgeable and assisted two customers simultaneously. Nonetheless, it's been a few days later and the verdict is still out whether the issue is resolved or if it's the service area or coverage provider... time will tell. read more

Absolutely unsatisfied. This has to be the worst T mobile i've ever been to. I had to wait an hour to get help and when I was getting help the worker was absolutely zoned out, She did not answer my question and she seemed very confused and lost, I had to wait and additional hour to the one I had already waited and after being there for 2 hours I got told I had to wait another extra hour. This is absolutely unacceptable this place needs better staff i've never been more dissatisfied with any workers from anywhere this was a complete waste of time go somewhere else but here. read more

Worst cell service I've had in the twenty years I've lived here. And, the worst technical support as well. I've spoken to at least five representatives, and the best I could get was " there's not currently any date set for restoring our coverage" " could be thirty to forty-five days"!? and this is after being without for nearly a month already! I realize people need to make a sale, but these guys are simply not honest. I went in to get a new iPhone 14 and was told the trade in was 650.00. I knew that was high, but thought it was a special, then while in the store I received a quote back of 190.00. the tech said 'that's a standard quote, it'll be adjusted' after 24 hours. well it was the final quote and no adjustments. then they said they had no phones did I want one sent to home within 1-2 days. yes. that was a week ago - checked and the phone won't be shipped for another week. finally, they said no cost, but a charge of 84.00 went on my card. if I didn't need my phone and didn't like Apple I would get this all cancelled. just want to warn folks...of this places lack of candor and bad business techniques. a little honesty and integrity go a long way. read more

Lied to about pricing. 10/1/23 I went into this store to purchase 5G Home Internet for $50/mo with autopay set up. The store manager (blonde white lady) told me that it would be cheaper for me to add three of their SyncUp trackers because of a promotion they were running. She assured me multiple times that I would be spending less money per month if I accepted these SyncUp trackers. She explained how I would basically be paying $46/mo instead of $50/mo. I was wary about the offer because I could not understand how T-Mobile could just give me a product for free and somehow I would still pay less because of a promotion; as you pay for everything in the game of life. When I got my statement balance a few days later my bill increased nearly $60, not $46. Thats $14 more per month or $150/year she told me I would be billed for. Fast forward to today 10/5/23 I return to the store to return the SyncUp modules after talking to customer service on the phone all morning about my bill increase. The customer service rep PROMISED me that I would not have to pay for the restocking fee of $30 per device (I had 3 SyncUps so $90 total) When I arrived I waited in line for about 45 minutes just for them to tell me they could not accept my return without me paying the restock fee of $90 for the 3 modules. I then called customer service back who connected me to who I believe was a district manager, Gabby. Gabby asked to speak to a store manager after telling me that he was going to take care of the $90 restocking fee. I returned into the store where I explained to an employee, Courtney, that the representative on the phone would like to speak to a store manager. Courtney relays the information to the store manager (who is in the back of the store) at this point and I guess the store manager did not feel like talking to her boss. So Courtney comes back and plays role of the manager on duty and explains to Gabby that there is no way for me to return the modules without paying the restock fee. She then proceeds to take the conversion with Gabby into the back room (where the manager was hiding), finished up the phone call, and presumably hangs up on the district manager. The store manager finally comes from the back room, returns my phone to me, and tells me "Alright at this point we're just credit your account for you so you can just do whatever you want with them (the SyncUps)". She explains all of this to me in a condescending and uninterested manner. She handled the situation very unprofessionally. After I was able to finally return my SyncUp trackers, I asked her if she could write me out a quote to view my new monthly bill because she kept telling me that my bill would increase after returning the trackers. She was unable to do so and told me that she could only do it if I was a new customer, and also told me I would have to go through customer service. SOOOO, I went through customer service and they removed the trackers from my account, and assured me that my monthly bill would decrease with the removal of the trackers. Wow. 0/5 read more

I've experienced almost all prepaid and contract services for almost everyone available today. I've moved a lot and my family has gone through a lot of phones. I rarely write reviews, but I'm so tired of getting terrible customer service, and being overcharged for a month of not even being with the company. I tried t Mobile bc the service was supposed to be great in my location, instead it was spotty and when I went to cancel my account was charged for a full month the day I cancelled it. I tried disputing it but the person on the phone just read from thier script and hung up on me. Best advise, don't go with a 3rd party service bc they offer a deal at the time, t mobile just steals your money and the techs and all center have no idea what they are doing. Not like they care but I'm never going with them again, they are second to att and that's not a good thing. read more

Stopped by this T-mobile store this afternoon unannounced with approximately a dozen individuals visiting from outside the country. It was rather overwhelming to say the least. The store manager Juan G. was extremely patient and professional, even when some of the visitors' phones were not working properly.
