I've had T mobile for years. I had a the over 55 plan that only qualifies when you get 2 phones/plans. When my mom passed I removed he phone and my plan almost doubled. I tried to to get the old plan back after giving my moms phone to a friend. Next thing I knew my plan was way higher than ever before. Even though they promised my old plan back. After a lot of cr-p I have a decent plan again. But will never upgrade as long as I'm with them. Buyers beware!! Just one more bait and switch outfit that prays on the old. read more

I went to the Hampton Village location as I had a prior good experience. This was NOT the experience this time. I purchased a phone at the Hampton Village location. The store representative offered to transfer from my current phone to new phone. Four hours later, I was told all transferred except messages. Another store associate did get the messages to transfer in less than 15 minutes. The functioning or completeness of transfer was NOT verified prior to leaving store. Most apps or contacts did NOT transfer. This resulted in me spending a considerable amount of time downloading and re-entering contacts. The next morning there was no sound (sending or receiving) when attempting to make calls. I was able to power cycle the phone resulting in sound with phone calls. Upon returning to store, I was told that I needed to learn how to use the phone and it was end user error. When I inquired regarding some apps on the phone, I was told it was my phone and I could delete if I wanted. I inquired regarding one particular app and was advised it was used for the transfer. I asked by Samsung switch was not used, I was told apparently it would not facilitate the transfer. Was the transfer method supported and caused the limited transfer? I advised the store representative they were being insulting. He just shrugged it off. The representatives are more interested in completing a sale than customer service. I could have transferred the data myself in less time with less inconvenience. I have transferred phones many times in the past. Disappointed is an understatement! read more

Please don't consider switching to tmobile. This is the worst mobile service I've ever experienced. I frequently get "no service " while setting at home. It has gotten progressively worse in the last few months. I've called tmobile and opened tickets. They close the ticket due to lack of info. They never call to ask a question. They don't care about service. Had a call from a tmobile rep today. While we were talking the call dropped twice. They still insist there isn't any service issues in my area. I don't understand how they can blatantly lie. read more

If I could give this place less than one star I would. The most non helpful unprofessional experience I've had. HORRIBLE!! My trip there was a waste of time and I actually laughed walking out of there. I'm looking into changing carriers tomorrow. The sales associates are great and pretty knowledgeable about technology. However, I am not happy with the management at this location. Back in December, I bought a new phone. The employee promised a price match and trade-in value for my old phone, and that it would appear on my phone bill - a value of $70+. But it never did. I had to call back 6 times and speak to 3 different employees and 2 managers just to get part of the refund 2 months post-purchase. The manager told me to follow up again a month later to receive the rest of the refund. This is no way to treat a customer: I shouldn't have to chase down a refund that was promised to me. Until management improves, or T-mobile offer me a free phone, I will be buying my phones at Amazon from now on. read more

The people in store are friendly. We switched from ATT after 12 years due to some improper billing methods that kept occurring. Initially it appears the service is not very good in this area but T-Mobile is sending a booster for home to see if that works. If it's a known issue then the store should start advising people ahead of time. read more

My Mom lost her phone. My Mom went into this store to buy a replacement. They weren't able to get her any phones she liked. I called T-Mobile national customer support, to get the information I'd need to move her line to her new carrier. I was put on hold, and then a guy tells me he'll give me a phone for free - except for local sales tax. He tells me the Samsung On5 has an easy mode and if my Mom would go into any T-Mobile store, they'd show her the phone and easy mode. The guy tells me he's putting notes in my account that the local store would be able to see. I wasn't able to go to the store with my Mom, but she went in, asked for that phone. The female sales associate dismisses her with rude, "I don't think you'd like that phone" and doesn't even show her the phone. What an utter waste. read more

every time i go 2 this store no one knows what is going on "the left hand dont know what the right hand is doing". its always different people working there and they give different answers every time. took my sons phone there because it wouldn't come on, they said call customer service and they will warranty it and send it 2 my home. t mobile said we will send it to the store and they will warranty it there, so it came 2 the store and the said well since it doesn't turn on they cant warranty it, and customer service should have sent it 2 your home. customer service talked to them and said you guys can do it there they said no we cant. not to mention the phone is right there, so customer service TECH had to cancel the order and resend it 2 another store. He said never go to that store again, because they dont know what they're doing. but yet they can try and talk you into buying a new phone (upgrade). The workers at this store do not try and help you, all they say is you gotta call customer service. A BIG WASTE OF TIME AND A BIG WASTE OF OXYGEN IN THAT STORE.
