To sum it up, I came in to pick up a new phone through my warranty and I am not very phone savvy when it comes to the technical aspects. Well before I left, I asked the agent that was helping me if everything was good to go as my iCloud was syncing to my new phone and he ensured me that the iCloud syncing can be done at home. All of that for him to tell me that I can erase my old phone. Well come to find out, nothing on my old phone was transferred and honestly it is very disappointing and a huge inconvenience. Yes I will live on, but I do not recommend coming to this store for absolutely anything, because they more likely than not will become one of your biggest inconveniences for the following days. Now this may just be me venting but seriously, I have to start from scratch and redownload all of my apps and for some of the apps I can't even regain important messages regarding my job. If you are getting a new phone, don't let them fool you, and verify, verify, verify. Ah and I think the guys name is Vincent, I could be wrong, but he's the big dude that wears a mask. Yeah I don't really care, the last place I will be coming to fix a problem is this location. I might as well move to Verizon since I have a clean slate now. I really needed to upgrade my old phone to newer Samsung and it just so happen that TMo was running a promotion of 50% off if you have a Military Plan and verified military. Walking into the store, I got greeted immediately. Both staff were assisting customers, so I had to walk around the store and explore their promotions and devices. I forgot her name, but she was nice, she apologized for my waiting, I was like too easy. I am not surprised this store gets busy all the time, it is located inside the mall. Since it was closing when I came, it wasn't all that bad. I explained to her my concern and what my mission was, that is to get out of the store with the new Samsung Galaxy S9plus in my pocket, I mean more like in a paper bag. She looked into my account and viola, she was like Sure! She asked me what color I wanted, I said Blue. She went in the back to get me the brand new unopened, boxed phone. As easy and fast as that. I left with the new phone, I was thrilled. When I got to my place I noticed that she put in a wrong receipt, oopps. I called the store past 7pm, knowing the store would have been close by that time, but she picked up, and apologized. Those are the qualities of great customer service. I'd make this as my home TMo store. Go Magenta.

I purchased a phone from this location and was charged a $35 "setup fee". Apparently this setup fee…read moreis separate from the $30 upgrade/activation fee that Verizon will put on your bill. I returned two weeks later to pay off the phone and inquired about the $35 fee. The salesman says it is a fee for transferring the data from the old phone to new one. Funny thing is... I did this, not the store. When he was told this the "setup fee" was then explained as just a fee some stores charge, and this is one of them. Even if I had bought the phone and left to complete activation on my own I would have been charged. Just writing this so everyone me knows up front that they will be charged an additional $35 to purchase a phone from this location. The salesmen will not tell you the fee is in addition to the $30 fee you get charged on your bill. If you buy it online through either the manufacturer or on Verizon's site, there is no "setup fee". Giving 2 stars only because they had all the accessories and phones in stock. Also, don't waste your money on the accessories here, you'll find them much cheaper across the parking lot at Walmart or online at places like Amazon.
