This was the first time I've been to Dave's Computers, but he clearly knows what he's doing. It's…read morebeen a while since I've had my laptop checked out and I'm a student so I only use it for a few things, but Dave looked at it personally and got my speed and antivirus software up-to-date. He was friendly, professional, and the store, although almost hidden from the rest of the shopping plaza, was clean and easy to get to. His service on my computer was delivered promptly at the agreed-upon time, and I was called once my laptop was ready. He was also ready to answer any follow-up questions and was quite helpful, even though the service itself was free. As a Testimoniacs expert, I would recommend Dave's Computers to anyone who, like me, wouldn't necessarily consider themselves to be computer-savvy, but needed some professional assistance of the right kind. I highly recommend one to take the opportunity to get their computer diagnosed for free; visiting Dave is worth the drive. Rachael

I came to this AT&T Store after being referred for a specialized eSIM reset, and unfortunately the…read morevisit was very disappointing. The manager (or possibly the owner) was slow to engage with my issue and came across as impatient with both staff and myself. When I answered a question about my email setup on a new phone, he became irritated and spoke to me in a condescending way. What should have been a simple reset turned into a negative experience that left me feeling dismissed as a customer. This experience has also diminished the value of owning an apple iPhone and with AT&T as a company. Because of this, I am strongly considering leaving AT&T for Verizon, and I plan to contact AT&T to file a formal complaint about the service I received here.
