I wish I could give with store a negative amount of stars. My experience was laughable at how bad it was. All they do is LIE LIE LIE, and tell you you're the problem for calling them out and threaten you with law enforcement. RUN AWAY, go to a CORPORATE T-mobile store NEVER go to these Authorized Retail stores. I have never written a bad review for any business in my life I just cut my loses and move on, but this experience was unique. Detailed Experience if interested: I picked this store as the store to have my replacement phone sent to, I attempted to pick it up twice after being notified through text it arrived at the store. Both times I was told they didn't have the phone however before being told they did not have the phone in their possession both times I was asked why I needed a new phone. The second time after the associate came from the back stating she didn't have the phone she told me I needed to file an insurance claim instead of a warranty claim. How would she know the kind of claim if she does not have the phone. At that point I went home, called t-mobile, they confirmed the store received the phone ten days prior. I returned to the store the associate straight away told me we already told you we dont have the phone. At this point I am frustrated I did raise my voice but never called them out of name or used profanity, they lied straight to my face three times. I told her they indeed did have the phone I called t-mobile they confirmed it was received by their associate. At this point I can see in her face shes shocked I have the information. She tells me she will not argue with me I told her to call t-mobile then if she doesnt wish to speak to me as that is what the t-mobile rep advised to do over the phone when I called. She stated she will not be calling t-mobile and will she is going to call her manager Zach to remove us from the store. I told her to go ahead and call him. The other associate then comes from the back we attempt to talk to her she said she will not talk to us or give us information. She then states they well call the police and states she and her coworker will stay in the back until we leave the store leaving her other customer she was attending there at the counter. More customers walk in so we decide to step outside the store so the other customers can be attended as this is not their fault. I call t-mobile and am on hold when the police arrive they ask be to explain the situation the officer is confused, they then go in to speak to the associates. The t-mobile rep answers the call and I explain the situation the rep is baffled as to what I am explaining. The rep puts me on hold to try and figure out the next appropriate steps. The officers then come out of the store the officers attempt to have the associates give them the phone, they then lie to the officers and say that their manager is the only one allowed to open the safe, when they had opened it earlier that day. However, I knew law enforcement wouldn't be able to obtain the phone either way due to policies. All these people do is LIE LIE LIE. The officers left didn't even trespass us, had I actually been violent or threatening to their associates they would have at least told us we can never return or we are trespassed. This was the worst experience in my life with any type of business or service. I know it is not T-mobiles fault as this is an authorized retail store. and everyone from T-mobile corporate was very helpful and kind. read more

This store is absolute garbage.RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION DO NOT GO INTO THIS STORE. I came in to do a warranty swap and was told they couldn't do it due to my screen being non responsive. The manager didn't even touch my phone just instantly said she couldn't do it after customer service said they could. I went to the nearest actual T-Mobile after leaving here upset and they were able to get me a swap no issues. This location needs to do better. read more

We stopped by this T-Mobile to switch our phones from AT&T and upgrade to new editions of the iPhone. I was upgrading from the iPhone 8+ to the iPhone 11, and my mom was planning on upgrading from an iPhone 6s+ to an iPhone 8+. Tayseer and Mahmoud assisted us and explained the best way to get the best deals and the best phones. I didn't have any fee associated with trading up to the iPhone 11 (even with a broken camera on my old phone!) and my mom was swayed into getting an 11 as well, as it was a nominal fee when compared to the 8+. Our phones were admittedly not in the best shape, but we still got top dollar for our trades. Now we both have beautiful purple iPhone 11 models and are saving $100/month by switching to T-Mobile. We left feeling very satisfied by the service Tayseer and Mahmoud provided. Fingers crossed T-Mobile proves to be a better carrier than AT&T! read more

So, after years of having a Sprint iPhone 6S I decided to step up my game. With T-Mobile acquiring Sprint I was directed to stop in to this T-Mobile store. I let the associate know, I was looking to upgrade. Al, if I remember correctly, was super helpful. Broke down how the new iPhones work, set me up with a new phone, new SIM card, a case, and a screen protector. It's also good that the store is literally across the street from me. read more

This is the second time we go to this location and may I just say that it has been the most pleasant and amazing experience ever. The same person helped us both times. Her name was Jasmine (I hope I'm not spelling it wrong). She was so Proffesional and helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Both times we had somehow complicated issues and she was so calm and helpful and made the process so easy. Would highly recommend this location and will definitely go here i the future for anything I might need for T-Mobile. read more

I had an issue with my phone that no one seemed to be able to help with. I went to other location for help, but really didn't get my issue resolved. I went to the shorewood location on route 59 and was helped by Jordon who was able to fix my issue in a matter of minutes and also fixed issue with my phone that I didn't even know I had. First off..... customers service here is awful. The guy that walk out of the back sounded miserable while he was walking up to greet me. " hi how can I help you" in a tone of what the heck does this guy want. I asked him about trading in my phone and I spoke with a woman over the phone saying I was able to get 800 for my XR and he immediately goes "that's a lie". And proceeded to tell me that I had to upgrade my plan and that my phone is worth only 400. So I said ok what about the iPhone 11 I have on my plan. And he goes. Those phones are only worth 100 to 120. So now I'm confused and asked him where did the 400 come from then? He proceeded to tell me that it was for phones that were on a plan. At this point. I'm frustrated bc one I was told over the phone more then I expected. 2 -the guy working doesn't give two f*** bc I walked in when he was probably doing something "important". And three I get the sense of please leave because I don't want to deal with customers. Probably never coming to this one again. This T-Mobile is garbage. 90% sure I might switch over to boost mobile bc at least those people greet properly read more

Worst experience I've ever with at a phone service. Traded my iPhone 11 for an iPhone 13 in under the impression I would be receiving a free phone. Was not told at any point I was agreeing to 24 months of service or I lose the entire credit for my iPhone 11. I have zero service at my house, I was without service for 2 hours today. I'm in a wheelchair and I live alone that is not something I can have happen. I went back into the store the day after I received the iPhone 13, i was told by Kim (brunette curly hair) that I could not return the phone or I would have to pay off the entire iPhone 13. I still had my 11 at this time so I said okay since I'm stuck with this service I will send my iPhone 11 in. I went to the Morris location to troubleshoot as I was getting zero service. I went back to Morris for a second time and at THAT point I was informed I had 14 days to return the phone. Essentially they steal your phone and force you to pay the entirety of the new one or you're stuck with a 2 year contract you did not agree to. (Also when I was buying the phone I was told the monthly bill would be $95, got a bill for $120 after I left because Kim added insurance that I did not approve so I'm paying more than I was paying at Verizon for a phone that does not work at all.) do NOT come here. read more

they sold me and my husband phones that don't work. they can't call,text,download apps,or anything at all besides take pictures.

We can start with how the owner Noe and his girlfriend or whoever that woman was is unprofessional, the service is horrible. Nobody knew information without asking and when general questions were asked nobody knew and even the owner had to make calls to find out. I spent two hours in here on two occasions for simple services I upgraded a single phone two months ago. And then when I went in again, because there were a bunch of changes ADDED to my account WITHOUT my consent! He has what appears to be his child running around the store while they babysit her WHILE HELPING CUSTOMERS!! They're fraud. And he can't even reverse the charges and plan changes. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this location or ANY of his locations EVER. I couldn't tell if I was inside of a retail store or a daycare this place is a joke. read more
