We were being helped by Hugo he was very sweet and nice. He seemed to be new so this lady was helping him but she made the experience so uncomfortable and hostile. She was treating him so rudely and mean. She was being aggressive and taking things away from him harshly. When she left us alone we felt a relief and we could tell the young man also felt more comfortable and was explaining things to us nicely. Zero stars - I strongly recommend you find another vendor for your cell phone service. We were treated so rudely by Blanca at the Sanger office, that we are actually going to change our service to Consumer Cellular. My husband has never been treated so disrespectfully in his entire life and it was bad enough that we are canceling after 20 years. Since you asked what you could do to improve, I would strongly recommend firing Blanca. She should neither be a manager nor in customer service. read more

TWO defective devices were given at location while filing warranty claim & while making test call for second device it was noticeable that device speaker was defective & instead of assisting with getting another device issued associate said to just use device on speaker phone. Have gone a week without proper working phone & continue to waste time to have issue resolved. Do not recommend this store if need issue resolved go to corporate location instead read more

This place sucks. Went in to open up a family plan and they messed up the account because they set up 7 lines as individual lines! That cost $60/line! That's $420/month vs $140/month difference! Elijah has no idea what he's doing and he's a lair. This location is not a corporate store so they charge a fee for everything they can. The phones we wanted were also not in stock and apparently no one else had them anywhere or so they said. They had to be ordered and would arrive in 3 days. We waited the 3 days and what do you know, there were still no phones. This is by far the worst mobile service store ever. Do not come here unless you want to be scammed and have a lot of money and time to waste! read more

Worst customer service ever!! The employees don't know how to do their job. Changed unlimited plan to 10gb plan without telling us. Spent 2 to 3hrs in the store. Random guy keeps coughing EXTREMELY LOUDLY!! They being tmobile employees had to call T-Mobile no use of opening up a store if you can't do anything. Absolutely love going here! The minute you walk in, all the staff members make you feel welcomed. Everyone is so friendly. I love that! Elijah has been the only one handling my account & so far i've been happy with the service! He provides great service. When I go in, there's customers waiting for them to get attended by Elijah. From a small to a big problem, Elijah always finds a way to help me. I honestly can't say anything negative about him or anyone else in that store.
