What a frustrating experience! I wanted to switch my phone service. The customer service at this location was terrible!! The young man working along with the manager were incredibly unhelpful. After they sent me away saying that I'd have to call customer service, I called customer service and was told that the store should have helped me. I would not recommend visiting this location!! !!!! PLEASE BE AWARE !!!! This store will add lines to your account the following day. I walked in to get a phone with a new line for my son and add it to my account, the following day I received ten separate messages from T-Mobile about lines added to my account. At first I didn't really think much of it, since I had added the one line. Later that evening I sat down and looked at the messages and each message showed a different number associated with the message. Thought maybe just a fluke, but I just had a feeling like something was off, so I went into my T-mobile app and saw that there was 3 separate lines added to my account, plus the one for my sons phone for a total of 4 new lines. I checked and checked thinking it has to be a mistake, so I called T-Mobile to verify. I'll never go to this store and I advise anyone to not go here either, but if you must check and double check your bag, recipe and T-Mobile app before leaving. It's very unfortunate, I like being a loyal customer with businesses that have good customer service where I know they care and they are there to help. But this store ruined that for I don't think I can walk into another T-mobile store with out the thought that they might try to swindle me by adding in extra charges or add things to my account. I can't give this review Zero stars, so let the 1 star go to T-Mobile customer service they did a great job at handling this situation in very professionally manner. WORST T-MOBILE EVER! DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!! If you want horrible customer service, sales people that pad your bill, employees that roll their eyes at you and blatantly lie about charges... this is the location for you! I moved from Verizon to T-Mobile one week ago. The sales person at T-Mobile basically forced 3 "free" tracking devices on us at the time of sale, emphasizing that they were "free". When I got my first bill, charges for all trackers were $4 each for service. The original sales person essentially sold us something they stated was "free" that was literally $12 a month. When I went in to return the trackers, I was met by 2 young women with sheer annoyance and attitude before I even started talking. They literally acted as if I was inconveniencing them by needing them to assist me. They told me I needed to wait for a manager, who wouldn't be back for over 30 minutes. I said I could not wait for 30 minutes and would just leave the trackers there for them to return. (Keep in mind I called before I came in to make sure all appropriate parties were there to help me and that I brought everything I needed.) The retail seller said, "Well, why can't you wait for 30 minutes?" She called the Manager who didn't answer his phone until the fourth or fifth time she called. Once answered he literally told me that people are allowed to take a lunch. I was appalled. The sales person continued to give me dirty looks and roll her eyes. She actually told me I was "not her customer" and this was not her problem. This was all happening while I was attempting to fix a LIE that THEY created. When I asked her why she kept making faces and was annoyed, she had the audacity to tell me I had attitude and was being loud, which is why I was not being helped. I walked in very serious but friendly, just wanting help. I was met with disregard and rudeness. I eventually left the bag of tracking devices with my name and number on it on the counter. Angie (the horrible sales rep), literally yelled profanities and slander at me as I was walking out of the building with my 11 year old son. When I transferred accounts one week ago, another customer came in upset while I was there for the same reason. They were charging him for excess fees unknown to him. They did not help him and after he left, they proceeded to talk poorly about a paying customer. THEY PAD YOUR BILLS. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU ONCE THEY MAKE A SELL. THE MANAGER IS A JOKE. Go with any other phone company then T-Mobile. Here is why I say this. My sons phone stopped charging. I called T Mobile to do troubleshooting on the device. They were not able to get it fixed. They said they were gonna send me a replacement device cause I have insurance. They sent me a warranty replacement and then charged me 450 dollars cause the phone didn't charge. Called and spoke to 2 managers who didn't care. Will be officially switching phone companies. read more

Employee Wes is the BEST . He took 2 hours to help us get the contacts and photos from an old android phone to an iPhone. Wes was very patient and kind and he knows his stuff. We have used this location on several occasions. We have always had to wait. Last Saturday we arrived shortly after they opened. One person was being helped. After a wait, the worker said he would go get someone from the back to help us. He came out and didn't say another word. Four other people came in and left. Finally we asked the clerk again for help and he said that everyone in the back was busy. After we waited over 40 minutes we left! BAD customer service. read more

Avoid this location. It's literally garbage. Went to start a plan for my wife and I, and after 4 hours and being told I was all good and moved over to our new account I wasn't. My owner of my old account got billed and when I called to find out why they told me that when I first went there, a month ago, I should of had the account owner release my number. That would of been nice to know the first time? Our bill is over what they said it was going to be. And all this came from some guy who used to be a manager!? This is for TMob in general, not a specific location. I was a loyal customer for 6-7 years and recently switched to metroPCS. Ever since I have had nothing but trouble with TMob. They immediately shut off my access to the website on the day we switched. They cancelled 2 of the 3 lines that we switched on the day we were at MetroPCS but did not cancel the 3rd until a month later and now are trying to charge us for an entire month for 3 lines because they did not cancel all 3 at the same time. They sent me a nasty letter about sending to collections. Do NOT go with them unless you can't find a better deal. read more
