I have to change my review yet again! After reviewing my bills I noticed that the promo promised…read morefor switching to Verizon was not applied to my bill for both phones traded in - only for one of the phones. I contacted Verizon only to be told that the store did not complete the promo for me. Luckily, Verizon phone support honored the promo and filled out the appropriate paperwork over the phone with me. Hopefully I will see a credit applied to my bill retroactively. Something feels very dishonest about the way this store handles business. Even Verizon phone support said they didn't know what this store had done. Basically, if I had not caught this mistake I would have given the store two phones and never have been given any credit for one phone - they would have gotten my phone from me for free.

Took my ps5 for a minor hdmi port problem and they broke my ps5 completely and didn't even bother…read moreto give me my ps5 back in the same condition I took it they stole my hdmi cable and gave me some small short cable. The hdmi port is missing from how I sent it in. I wouldn't recommend this place at all save your devices from being broken completely by this company
