It was under duress and I am visually impaired, as I told them. Ron said, "it's the best deal you can get," and Reed (after I had to avusively address Ron because I filled out their complaint forms three times with no response), belligerently kept saying "you signed a contract, take it up with legal." I have been in this store several times and no one there is willing to do their job and help. They all stand around speaking spanish and laughing amongst themselves. I tried to explain the issues I was having, but was referred to the Geek Squad at Best Buy. I then went to Best Buy, only to be told I needed an appointment and come back. I returned to this T Mobile location again with the information given by Best Buy with the hope they would help without having to wait days to get an appointment. I had the same terrible customer service again and asked to speak to the manager. He advised me he was the manager and laughed at me and pretty much dismissed me. Horrible representation of T-Mobile. First, music is so loud you cannot hear the customer service person while they are talking. They force upon you items you do not want and they lie. I traded in my *absolutely pristine* iphoneX and got a minimal $145 trade-in. The guy at the store said the phone was worth $600-800 at trade-in. Also, their coverage map says I have 5G coverage at home, but I don't. I have to go a mile away to get 5G. read more

They have no idea what there doing and all they do is talk to each other while there helping you, I spent 2 hours there trying to get a phone switched which they didn't do then they gave me incorrect info on what I need to get and costed me $300 to which they replied "we don't really know what we're doing". It's a bunch of kids who have no idea what there doing. Went to a different location and was in and out in 15 minutes no problem read more

Terrible terrible terrible! Do not trust the store manager Ferris. He will swindle you into getting a new Apple Watch and AirPods. He said they're free when they are NOT. He will try to sell you just about anything and say it is free when IT IS NOT. So loud and hard to hear in there. Major sales pressure. I went to this location to upgrade a phone on my account. I was serviced by an associate named Isaac, who, along with the store manager Ferris, bombarded me with untasteful upsell tactics. They first tried to ring in the iPhone Pro model after I distinctly asked for the base model. Next, they tried to ring up a screen protector and case without my consent. Once I saw them scanning the items, I said I did not want them, and they told me, "they were included in the price." Trying to imply they are free. Only after I asked if the price would be the same if I didn't take these items did they finally say it was an added on fee. They tried to explain they told me a price earlier (they did not tell me a price, nor did we even discuss cases/screen protectors). Next, they pitched me a "free" watch and home Internet service three different times, even after I told him I was not looking for any Internet or watch options the first time. After I thought I had left the store without any unnecessary add-ons, the next day, I went to review my account. I noticed my cell personal phone had been enrolled for their 360 protection plan without prior consent or even talking about it during our encounter (we didn't even discuss this line as we were upgrading a completely different line). I immediately canceled and went back to the store to confirm I wouldn't be charged for this add-on I didn't consent to. The store manager, Ferris, said he was sorry and explained to me it must've been a "glitch," as he confirmed he didn't even mention it to me during our encounter yesterday. It goes without saying I am extraordinarily dissatisfied with my service at this T-Mobile location and can't imagine the extra add-ons and fees these people are applying to others without them knowing or consenting to. Luckily, I was able to notice this change on my account. I will not be recommending T-Mobile to anyone if these are the kind of sales practices taught to their employees. read more
