My phone started to act extremely weird it would not allow me to take or make calls text etc. Naturally I began to panic I don't want to get a new phone. Why is my phone acting so weird? I have things to do and I really do not have time to sit at the Apple store all day. I decided to go to the Tmobile store. Immediately I was greeted and helped. It took a while for Daniel and Abigayle to figure out what was wrong with my phone after a few minutes they were able to resolve the issue! I was so glad! It was nice to go in and for them to try to fix the problem instead of up selling me a newer phone considering a new iPhone just dropped days prior to my visit. I appreciate that level of customer service and they never gave up nor said go to Apple store. That's true customer service. read more

This store probably has the worst customer service I have experienced. The treatment of my mother a 60-year-old woman has been appalling! They did not assist her when she needed a warranty exchange nor gave me the correct information to help her over the phone. I am very disappointed with the services as I have called to help her and been very polite with staff. read more

The manager Bryant is sorely miscast in his role. I had issue regarding a bill credit that promised by the previous manager. Instead of helping to get the credit, Bryant went out of his way to tell me it wasn't his responsibility. He is friendly if you wish to make a purchase. However, his manner is deplorable if you have a service issue. I would recommend avoiding this location until an acceptable manager is established. We are in the store at 318 pm on 2/28 in Raytown mo off 350 highway and we were going to buy the galaxy 7 at the advertised price ( amount in front of phone) and they switched out the tag in front of us to $576 up from $370 they said they forgot to switch it. Store was slow so they had plenty of time to do so .The girl ( Tiffany) said she was off the day before so nobody did it. We have always used only this store we used to deal with Earl who was great. I'm pretty sure he wouldn't let something like that happen. We've been T-Mobile customers over 11 years and if exclusively used this store for the last five years or more even I can't remember the last time we used another store. I always had bad customer service at this location except for one time. It's sometimes hard to get help even if no one is in the store. Service is slow. Sales people are a little dishonest when trying to make a sale. From a customer who has been with tmobile when they use to be voice stream. read more
