I encouraged my husband to consider corporate stores only; not the authorized retail dealers like this one for a variety of reasons. It took only a few minutes and we decided to bail and order an iPhone from Apple to be delivered tomorrow. To be fair the store didn't do anything wrong, however, I stand firm on corporate stores only to continue to get the warranties, credits, and full service corporate provides their customers. Hard pass and I hope this store continues to do well as an alternative for those who can use this approach.
