Yesterday I went in because of an issue with my sons phone. The employee that helped me was not very helpful or knowledgeable. Long story short he came acrossed as not wanting to help with the issue. Went home and emailed the store manager of this location, along with a few other that are employed with t mobile. I emailed late on Friday and the store manager and the dsm Angelo emailed me first thing Saturday the dsm also called. I went in Saturday and the assistant manager Ricardo was able to fix the issue. I was happy they were able to fix the situation and in a timely manner.

I've never seen a Best Buy this small and it's located in a strip mall. We were looking for someone to help us no one ever came. We look at some things on our own look at the boxes and determine that we could find this receiver somewhere cheaper so we left I'm not sure if I would recommend this place. They're not good at making sure if customers are walking around in an area, they don't have anyone coming to make sure that they don't need any assistance. All the workers were at the front of the store or over in the geek squad area.

While I was waiting, a woman came in and interrupted the line, saying she had an appointment, which delayed everyone else. One of the employees eventually told me I could wait in a chair while he stepped away for about five minutes. During that time, another Geek Squad employee clearly saw that I had been waiting for nearly 40 minutes. Instead of helping me, he took the next customer who had just walked in. Waiting is one thing, but being completely overlooked after sitting there that long is unacceptable. Better communication and attention to customers who have been waiting would have made a huge difference. This experience left me feeling like my time didn't matter, and I won't be returning.
