T-mobil's phone…read moreservice is great BUT talking to customer care service and getting them to get anything done right is very excruciating!!! As I said the phone service is good, but we left because we just could not take it anymore. We were getting charged for things we didn't have, so we switched phone providers and to do that we had to pay our phones off. No big deal right, YOU'D THINK! No months later we were getting charged from T-Mobile. We went into the store and like I said they are really helpful. We got on the phone with customer support and they got their supervisor to talk to us and everyone we talk to recognized the charges are not our fault, they even said IT WASN'T OUR FAULT. When we got (what they call a promotion) years back someone typed in something wrong so we are getting charged for something that is not our fault but instead of saying oh sorry, it's on us because we know it's our fault not yours they want to be greedy and get their money. Oh I years of complaints, but this is the biggest one.
