They deserve a Zero rating. Horrible experience at this T Mobile. Arrogant, disrespectful reps with very little knowledge about their product. Only interested in selling phones. All I wanted was to change my service provider to them and when they couldn't upsell me, they were clearly annoyed. Never again will I go there. read more

If I could give them zero Stars I would. Went into the store because my phone had no space left. The two guys at the counter their only response was to buy a new phone. A new phone that cost $790. When I asked if I could just clear up some space on my old phone their response was yeah just delete stuff. Just delete stuff? This is the response I get from a T-Mobile representative? Didn't once try to help me. I then asked how do I delete things if I either need them or don't know how to delete them, again very blunt response just delete things. Don't waste your time going here. read more

Do not go to this T mobile Store....... it's a scam .....!!!!!.....ALERT !!!.....ALERT..... the main company itself TMobile will not help in this scam they have going....... ripping people off and lying to them on there purchases..... shop at your own risk..... I'm switching to a new cell phone service because of this ..... not paying the bill that they told me I pay off...... very bad business..... very sad read more

Scam not a real T-Mobile store...when you call T-Mobile they will tell you this is not an official store...they added insurance that we didn't purchase and charged us when the phone they gave us didn't work the NEXT day ...not a good experience read more

When I contacted Xfinity about the slower speed and strength of my new and improved internet service, they said they had a workaround. All I had to do is pay $10 a month more for Wi-Fi pods. THE UPGRADE IS A SCAM, don't fall for it.
