This is the most appalling T-Mobile store in the area. Besides the few women who helped me after Jamarea messed up so bad. I came back to get a screen protector replaced and ofc I got the original guy. He blatantly covered the screen in finger prints and did not remove the dust when putting on the screen protector for me. I kid you not proceeded to say you'll have to live with the bubbles, then entire screen is covered in bubbles and fingerprints now. I asked to get a new one put on and he took it to the back to the "manger" and got the bubbles removed. Then brought it back with the dust. I proceeded to ask to speak to the manager and he came out and stood literally a foot from my face to tell me that he didn't see any dust and it's not their fault. I brought up that every time I get this kid for helping me it takes 10X longer than it should. The manger told me it only takes 2 minutes to put a screen protector on. (I was standing getting the most useless help for around 40 minutes) WORST SERVICE EVER. Absolutely disgusting and I think they need to re think their training. read more

Do not give these people a visa card. I needed to replace my Samsung phone and was told I could transfer all my data to the new one. When they tried to do a transfer I was told I needed to sign up for a new service plan. When I said no thank you they charged me a $35 restocking fee for a phone I never touched. read more

Honestly this has been the worst t mobile experience from the manager that transfered from eden prairie to penn store, being sarcastic in trouble shooting S8+ (conversations)to failed message sending to showing up and no follow through due to closing In one hour, as well as MGR has seaming personal problems I believe, poor attitude (volitial) this store has faiiled the mobile standards, district leadership should audit and investigate this issue, went to Burnsville center and they went above and beyond, the only rep from penn. Location that has gone out of his way, above and beyond with phone data transfer to above reproach addittude at Bloomington Penn mobile store is Kyle, he is management material without question!! read more

This company does fraud went in to inquire about service with them they were unable to port my number that I had so I left the store and 2 years later I get a bill from Collection from them saying i had service with them. I have never had t mobile in my life or will not ever have service with a company that does fraud. Tried calling the manager but he dont care about the customer he only cares about ripping customers off and stealing their money. read more

I went to a T-Mobile Minneapolis to get my new cellphone activated tonight that I purchased on Cyber Monday at 6:15 p.m., it clearly states that the store closes at 7 p.m. Two store employees shut me off of the store and stated we are closing early because or riots in the skyway, the skyway was empty. The store was filled with other customers as well. I am now considering switching my whole family to another carrier and returning both phones, I would not recommend going to this store to anyone. #badcustomerservice #shouldistaywithTmobile read more

The staff who provide the customer service are very good. It's not their fault that T-mobile policy requires them to charge $21.56 "handling fee" to replace an in-warranty defective phone -- even when I already pay $72.00 per year "handset warranty". Getting nicked with fees like this is why mobile phone providers have a bad reputation. read more

My phone was completely broken, so took it in to T-Mobile IDS Center. The store was not busy, so was helped immediately by Phil (pretty sure that was his name). He asked issue, then phone number, then ID and said "Phone is covered so we can overnight ship to you to arrive on Tuesday (since it was sunday) and give you a loaner phone if you need one (small charge), or you can just buy a new phone if you like" - I opted for overnight delivery. No haggle, no muss, no arguing, no upselling or trying to get me to buy something else - just taking care of my immediate problem in less than 45 seconds. I love that store!! Poor, poor coverage and customer service. Weakest signal of any carrier I have experienced, company sent a house "signal booster" adds more bars to your phone but other than a waste of electricity and an illusion of better signal strength, completely useless. Dropped calls, and most frustrating is texts and voice mail arriving a fair amount of the time the day after they were sent! Customer service "piss poor" especially if they owe you money. I got into a situation due to T-Mobile bombarding you with Free Text's about your monthly bill, paid $27.02 that I should not have been charged, spent one hour and ten minutes on a call with service (should be called "no service") center, Pauline jacked me around for the entire time trying to baffle with numbers but nit addressing my overcharge for equipment, when she tells me she now sees where they owe me, she tries to end by saying you'll be contacted about this investigation - not that I will be getting my credit, several attempts to speak with a supervisor lead to further time delays - this is their major tactic!!! No way to treat a paying customer. read more
