I've had a very bad experience with T-Mobile corporate. However, I will say Xavier at the T-Mobile location in Middleton was extremely helpful- patient and was able to help me after hours on the phone trying to work with corporate. T-Mobile is beyond lucky to have this employee. He genuinely cares. As for the other employees at T-Mobile, particularly at the corporate level, I was hung up on several times- that is beyond unacceptable in my opinion. Quan is the most helpful person I have ever met in sales. He patiently helped me switch over three phones when we switched over or merged from Sprint. Anytime I have any issues I can pop in to the middleton location and he is always able to help me out. He is the best in customer service and TMObile is lucky to have him! read more

T Mobile employee at this store just advised that the entire Sprint system is down and unavailable only at this store. We were unable to change and upgrade the phone and service. I would not recommend this store. read more

What a Saga: I was sold service for 2 phones 2 years ago. I was told, when the manager reviewed the service map for the coverage I desired, that it was great. I dropped the provider that we had and made the switch. It was bad coverage. With a booster provided after many contacts with T-Mobile, we could make calls within our home, but lacked coverage a few scant miles from home. No emergency service, no ability to make calls-- dead zone. We waited it out, and in October of 2021, switched carriers. received notice from T-Mobile that we had a credit of $140.41. Have received a statement every mont. Have made road trip to a T-Mobile store (in person for them to access account), and even they have not been able to get action. Only Customer care is through the Philippines, and though polite, they have said, "Honestly, we have no access or ability to get you your credit." There is no continuity despite monthly phone calls, a bunch of polite, but empty promises. Despite their polished P.R. on websites and slick advertising, I warn all to never put their trust in Customer Service with T-Mobile. They are empty on their promises. After 1almost 1 hour in conversation and on hold today, I am again promised that they will attempt to "resolve this issue, but in honesty, have no ability to refund what the account says is my credit.
