Not sure if it's still active but I called this store about a Magenta Max promotion, and spoke to Steven T. who by phone was able to answer all of my questions about pricing, benefits and the process of opening accounts with T-Mobile. He respected my time as well, actually coming into the store during the time that I could make it, to get me set up. I had to ask some one else to call the guy that was helping me from the. ack room. when he came out i told him what happened and after a few attempts to get me connected to a rep he finally was able to do so. I asked him to stay around because I would most likely need him again but he was still paying more attention to his text messages and walked away...surely enough the customer representative on the phone asked me questions that I wasn't able to answer and asked me to remove the SIM card something I could not do because I had nothing small enough to help me get it out. By this time I asked for someone else to help me because the person that was supposed to be helping me was in the back room hiding and probably still texting. I had a very disappointing experience at this location, there was no care for customer service. I would give zero stars if I could.
