Kervens at the Marco Island Florida T Mobile store is a fantastic young man. We had a very difficult issue with our cell phone that several people tried unsuccessfully to resolve. Kervens got on task and persevered until he found the problem and resolved it. Not only is he upbeat, personable, good natured, and good humored, he is incredibly patient. He did not lose his cool and stayed focused. He has a huge knowledge base and knows how to resolve problems. He is a major asset to T Mobile and is a pleasure to work with. Daughters phone went blank. Went to TMobile. Eric was working. Great guy. I had insurance and the store asked me to work thru them since the store wasn't able to swap the phone. Why? I have no idea. Insurance said I need to reset my pin. Work with the store. Eric helped and he was amazing. I got no issues with the store or Eric. I do have issues with the insurance I carry. 2 hours later and no resolution. All they did was refer me back to TMobile support which tried to upgrade my for a new model and I would have to pay "taxes" only. $374.13. Lol. Yeah right. Not happy with any of this right now, except Eric. He rocks. read more

I once was a big fan of T-Mobile but over the past few months the service has been horrible and has gotten worse on the south end of Marco Island. They will send you boxes to compensate for the lack of a good signal but they don't work. I like Pete A. live on the south end of Marco and can attest to the fact that you can not even have a basic phone conversation on the T-Mobile network let alone LTE or 5G data without going to the north end of the island. I had to go as far as to get VZ wireless line just for my home because we could not depend on T-Mobile should we have an emergency. read more

Nicholas P. is the manager of the store here on Marco Island. He is a talented, polite and knowledgeable young man who responded immediately to my issues with my broken Galaxy G20. I just met him today and I am grateful that he was there to provide prompt and courteous services for my situation. I hope the owners of this store are aware of the tremendous asset that Nicholas provides to their store. I watched him provide services to four other persons in quick succession while I was waiting for my data to be transferred. They're supposed to be open until 7:30 PM, but when I tried to enter at 7:15, the door was locked and the two guys inside just shook their heads at me. I pointed at my watch to say "you're still open, right?", but the guy made a cut sign across his throat and sent me away. My family in the car said the employees were laughing at me when I turned away. Thanks for the great service. I guess I'll go buy a phone case at the AT&T store across the street. I'd also gone in two days prior to see about replacing my damaged phone (I'm an existing customer), and the same guy didn't even make eye contact when he said "First of all, we don't have any Apple in stock. Second of all, I'm helping someone else." Great customer service. I recommend going to any of the other T-Mobile stores in Naples. read more

I can't explain enough how great the employees work here at T-Mobile. I switched over from Verizon and saved lots of money on my bill. The difference between T-Mobile and any other cell phone provider is that the people at T-Mobile actually treat you like family and not just like they made a sale. Stay away from this store. You will be sorry. I have had T-Mobile for 6 years without ever a problem until I went into this store. I traded in a telephone under a promotion. Was suppose to get a $375.00 off. I never received the credit and T-Mobile has no record of my trade in so my telephone was essentially stolen by this store. I'm out the telephone and they never submitted the information. So I lose. Problem 2. They added 2 additional items to my account without my knowledge and consent. The employees here (T-Mobile Franchise Store - not Corporate owned) must get financial incentives for signing people up for new things. I walked out of their with an additional telephone line and a separate mobile data plan that I had no idea I had until I started reviewing the bills months later and noticed my bill went way up. I have heard that this is a pattern with this store and several others have been conned. So stay away before you lose money. Im calling the police and filing a criminal complaint for the stolen telephone. read more

I am currently in the process of switching from AT&T to T-Mobile, while I visit my parents on Marco Island. Normalinda (Assistant Manager) and AJ (Manager), and Rhys (Manager) are so professional, positive and helpful! My mom joined me too, since she had some questions with her WiFi and business phone accounts. Not only did they take the time to help us, but we enjoyed our conversations with them and the other staff that helped us today. It's like we made new friends! AJ helped my mom get a better plan (ask for the over 55 yrs plan) and will save my parents $30 a month! The reason why I'm switching from AT&T to T-Mobile is because T-Mobile's terrific international plan ($25 a month) vs AT&T's $10 a DAY. We were helped right away and since my cell has not unlocked today (due to AT&T) I will have to go back tomorrow. We joked around that we should bring snacks, water, and beach chairs and pretend we are at the beach...especially since it's not beach weather, and very cold. Everyone in the store was "warm" and friendly. We joked around that we should take some "beach" pictures inside the store - HAHA! My mom and I are thankful for all of their help! read more

I can't say enough about how great they treat their customers. My wife and I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile last November on the first day of a promotion. There was some confusion about the terms of the promotion and the employees mistakenly provided us with inaccurate information in our favor. I later noticed the T-Mobile bill was for more than the amount we were told it would be. T-Mobile HQ told me there was nothing they could do, and that I would have to discuss it with the local store. The employees at this store admitted to me that they made a mistake, and the District Manager arranged a bill credit to compensate us for the mistake. Special thanks to Brandon, Colbert, and especially the District Manager Justin for straightening this out. I am also very happy with the quality and coverage of the cell signal with T-Mobile, so much so that I convinced my in-laws to also switch their 7 lines from AT&T to T-Mobile, saving more than 50% from the AT&T bill. read more
