It soon became clear that my phone was not functioning properly - the screen was not responding, I was using more pressure on the screen, etc. I contacted Caymen, who referred me to the warranty form; it was filled out and approved within a few days. Caymen was able to replace the screen within another few days; it took a little over a week to have the screen repaired a second time. Unfortunately, my phone is STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY. I have contacted iCracked and Caymen several times. Caymen says he's unable to help. iCracked customer service has been slow and unresponsive - they want to repair my phone for a THIRD TIME. At this point, I know I'm going to have to visit another service provider. iCracked email customer service takes several days to respond and requires several follow ups in order to receive a response. I attempted to call their service number - it is 4pm on a weekday, and they are apparently unable to take my call - the only option is a voicemail. Please do not use this service - you will regret it! *** This was an AMAZING service! I woke up in the morning to a cracked iPhone, and I knew I needed it repaired. I ended up scheduling an appointment right away - I didn't need to leave my house! Caymen arrived and my iPhone was repaired in 10 minutes, AND it was cheaper than a repair at a traditional store.

The first screen repair for my cracked screen went great. I met with the tech at Starbucks, and the screen replacement was fast and easy. The colors weren't quite right though, so through iCracked's warranty, I had a second appointment and the tech replaced the screen for free. Now my phone is completely broken. I don't know what went wrong during the repair, but half my screen now has a gray shadow over it. My phone overheated and I couldn't turn it back on. There was a super funny smell from it as well (I don't know). The left side of my phone can be popped in and out of the iPhone frame as well. The tech has suggested that the adhesive used on the screen is peeling up from the frame and/or that the iCracked parts damaged my phone's motherboard, so great. They even admit these aren't quality replacement parts. I immediately let iCracked know the first time the screen had the shadow and the phone overheated--via email since I didn't have a phone. Using a borrowed phone, I've been calling iCracked customer service, which seems to be a croweded call center. It's nearly impossible to hear any of the reps you talk to over all the other reps talking to other customers, so that adds to the frustration. The rep told me it was up to the tech to refund me for my screen and replace my phone. The tech says it's up to iCracked. I don't care or want to mediate this between them. I just want a working phone and a refund. Bottom line: don't use this company. They'll shuffle responsibility between the company and the tech as well as basically ignore you if the repair goes wrong. I've been out a phone for almost two weeks and they still haven't even processed the refund for the initial screen replacement. I should have just driven out to Cool Springs for the Apple Store when I cracked my screen. It's more expensive, but clearly you get what you pay for. Avoid, avoid, avoid this company.

I was told that clearing the main line would resolve the kitchen sink problem as well. Before leaving, the technician only briefly tested the kitchen sink and then informed me that the sink issue would actually require approximately **$6,000** in additional work. I was asked whether I wanted to schedule that work, but I declined at that time. After they left, the kitchen sink was still completely clogged. I called the following morning to report that the original problem had not been resolved. Kyle Grissom told me that they do not warranty their drain cleaning work and stated that the only way to fix the kitchen sink was to proceed with the approximately $6,000 repair they had recommended. I found that response extremely disappointing. A customer should reasonably expect that if a company is hired to clear a clogged kitchen sink, the sink will actually be functioning when the job is complete. Instead, I paid for a service that did not resolve the original issue and was immediately directed toward a much more expensive repair. Later that week, I hired Hiller Plumbing. They successfully cleared the kitchen sink clog for less than **$500**, without performing the extensive repair Mr. Rooter insisted was necessary. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing. If you live in the greater Nashville area, I would recommend looking at other established plumbing companies that stand behind their work.

The Dryer Vent Wizard technician recommended replacing the plastic dryer vent with a metal dyer vent. After the metal dyer vent was installed he showed me a close up picture of the new vent installed & I paid. Shortly after the technician left I went outside to water my plants & noticed that a brick was loose at the dryer vent. The brick was not loose before, I know because I was constantly outside cleaning the old plastic vent because our dryer kept giving an error message. I contacted customer service shortly after the technician left on 8/4, Customer Service took a message for the Nashville location. I offered to send a picture, I was told that pictures would need to be provided to the Nashville location. I did not receive a call back so I called the customer service phone number again on 8/7 & on 8/12. Each time I was told that they left a message for the Nashville location & that a picture would need to be provided to the Nashville location. I have never received a call back from Dryer Bent Wizard of Nashville.

Dr Haddad came in like the rock star she is, with her transcriptionist (who has keen ears to hear what the doc mutters while measuring and examining so I wouldn't freak out). She told me frankly that I will always need readers with contact lenses. If been flying with wearing them again for years but no doc before has been realistic-each new brand would be better and they weren't. She shifted my expectations by telling me what other optometrists never said as clearly. She taught me about the shape of my eye ball and why it matters. She even saw my floaters! I may have heard most of this before as I've been sight-challenged forever, but she said it all in a way that I remember even two weeks later. She gave me one distance and one close vision lens and it's been incredible how well I can see! My glasses are so thick that I was self conscious in this zoom life we live. Now I can just be me, with my face and no barrier. I'm joyful.

Just got back from Wisc. and am setting up an appt. to discuss this problem. I was really upset the optometrist didn't listen to me and I experienced this horrible situation.
