The short version of this story is; this place is trash. I walked in looking to comb through options with interest in both upgrading a phone and phone plan. The associate Andrea that "greeted" me seemed to be disturb by my request for assistance from the very beginning as she leaned across the counter unwilling to even stand up and properly hold a conversation with me. She then proceeded to tell me "just upgrade it on the app" instead of offering to assist with my needs. There was a young lady who was also busy with a client who interjected that they wouldn't mind assisting, which i appreciated but at that point the damage was done. read more

What has happened to quality customer service? At bare minimum you expect a warm greeting when you enter a place with the intention to spend hundreds of dollars. Instead my fiancé and I were greeted with sluggish behavior, representatives practically napping on the counter and perhaps our presence was a disturbance. When told we were looking to upgrade to a new phone the best thing Andrea had to offer was do it through the app. No follow up instructions, no walk through, no let me know if I can assist you ... just terrible customer service. read more

Staff and our representative JOE was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and patient with us. We also met the manager and several other staff members. Rep. STEVEN explained the advantages out his iPhone watch and shared some of how it works. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Rather than get on a rant of what happened today I will merely say that when I took a photo of a plaque on the wall that stated that they wanted customer feedback on my experience. The manager, Mark yelled from across the room "Sir, if you are going to threaten me, I will ask that you leave the store." He considered it a threat without body language or anything being said by me. The mere action of taking a photo that told me how to give my feedback, regarding my experience. Popped in for the first time today for a spontaneous upgrade and received fantastic service from Itai! He was courteous, professional, and friendly while multi-tasking with vendors and taking phone calls. Judging from his end of the conversation, one of those phone calls could have been from my mother asking how the internets work. He responded with patience and zero judgment. I was out in fewer than 30 minutes with a new phone. Will DEFINITELY go back! read more
