I went in there today and the employee was very rude and not friendly. I went to trade in an old iPhone and was informed that due to a small chip in my screen, so small in fact that she had to use her micro camera to see, I wouldn't be able to take advantage of the deal. While she was inspecting my phone she took off my tempered glass protector and broke it. When I asked for a new one for free due to her damaging my old one she said that she could not do that. I was finally able to convince her to call her manager who agreed to get me a new one. Come on T mobile you are a billion dollar company and you treat your customers as if every penny manners. To force your employees to look for the smallest blemish on a phone so that they have to pay full price is crap. I have been with Sprint for 15 years and endured through the merger. I think it is time to find a different phone company. read more

Let me start by saying I love T mobile and have been a long time customer. I just left the store on Mudd Lane in Louisville where I encountered the rudest T-Mobile employee I have ever interacted with. Ana could not understand why I would not want to pay the $20.00 warrantee fee on a phone that was 2 weeks old. It was not the $20.00 that I take issue with, it is the fact that I would expect a phone to work well with normal use after just 2 weeks. I suggested that there must be a way to wave the fee and it was not until I insisted on a manger find a way to make this right that I was told the fee could be applied as a credit, a perfectly reasonable compromise. When i asked for a receipt stating a new phone would be ordered and a credit would be applied to my account Ana was once again rude and acted as if a receipt is not something that would ever be standard issue? Come on T-mobile, you are so much better than this. Surely this is not how you want to be represented. read more

I went to this store today and spoke with EARL. He was a waste of my time. I asked about a particular phone and he informed me that he had to send all of his phones back because there was a recall, but couldn't tell me what the recall was. Then he stated that he couldn't help me because I am a sprint customer. I ended up calling another store and was told there were no recalls and that EARL was probably upset that he had to work on a holiday and didn't want to help. and honestly, that IS the impression EARL gave me. I have been in this store twice and have to say I'm NOT impressed by any of the workers or the customer service that they provide. Well, don't provide. read more
