Pricing is largely MSRP but no Jersey sales tax is a decent incentive. What works here is their large clearance section that can outfit anyone looking for a casual workout or a championship set of tennis. You are also just as likely to find a few Tony and Carmela Soprano wannabes looking to hook up with matching track suits for their flight to Boca. Outlet malls bring all types which I suspect is part of the fun in coming here. However, the savings are considerable and if you don't mind being in last year's cleat, a real steal. If you're set on a specific model in the bargain bin, don't expect paydirt but persistence is your friend because your shoe may be misplaced or shoved on a top shelf. If you're lucky you may just find the identical pair of their newest styles with a minor imperfection at half off. An hour after opening the place is a wreck but that's the rabid shopping culture at work in all retail tiers. We're a nation of slobs and at this point I'm numb and past the point of caring. In store service to the extent it exists is very spotty but largely unnecessary as there ample stations to try on whatever moves you. No real surprises at Nike and that's a good thing. Now clean up your mess and go to your room.

The thing this store is lacking - this happened both times - is customer service hence the 3-star review. Now don't get me wrong, associates are nice when you approach them but it looked like a lot of them didn't know what to do with themselves and were standing around bs-ing. I was looking at the selection of sneakers on the wall and noticed another patron was too. No one came up to us and asked us for help. I must've been looking at that wall and tossing it up between a couple of pairs but still, no one offered to help or see if I had questions let alone ask what size I wanted to try on. I have to chalk this one up to management - train your team to approach customers and not wait around until they seek help. Be a better example and by the epitome of customer service. Worst case, the customer says I'm just looking and don't need help.

I went to the store to deal with a charging problem with my daughter's iPhone 5. The store manager James MacFarlane greeted me and he immediately began to troubleshoot the issue. After trying several chargers it was determined that there was a problem with the phone itself. He proceeded to inform me about my insurance coverage and actually made the call to the insurance representative on my behalf. He worked with the representative and my daughter will be receiving her new phone in two business days. In addition, James talked me through the instructions via iTunes to back up my daughter's defective phone and how to restore her information when we get the new phone. His caveat was that we could also bring the phone to the store and they would perform the transfer for her. At the same time that we were dealing with the defective phone, James reviewed my account and suggested a few changes that would allow me to purchase a "hot spot" mobile router while lowering my bill so that there wouldn't be any incremental cost (other than an activation charge for the hot spot) in my monthly bill. This solves a commuting issue for me as I work in NYC and this solution will ensure that I have a secure Internet connection for all the devices that I carry (iPhone, iPad and laptop) during the long bus rides. James MacFarlane went above and beyond in servicing not just my initial need for the iPhone, but also to review my account and suggest an additional solution, at no additional cost (by the way, the hot spot came with a rebate for the same price as the device itself, so essentially free). James provides the highest level of service that I as a Verizon customer appreciate. Well Done!
