I received the virtual gift cards from T-Mobile initially for my phone and my wife's phone to pay off the balance of our Verizon phones. This promotion was supposed to be supplied to my sisters phone whom lives in Michigan and I currently reside in GA, my sister went to this store and spoke to Mario whom she traded her phone to which was a rose gold iPhone 6s Plus and now received messages to her phone that T-Mobile has no record of her phone at all in the database and we can't receive a promotion WTF IS THIS? which has been a total pain in the ass to receive to say the least. We switched from T-Mobile early January and here we are late February and we have still not received our virtual gift card and they want to do a bill credit at the moment which does not help me at all paying Verizon. I don't care about a bill credit. How about you give me money from your check so i can pay Verizon since I have been literally been given the run around constantly. I've spoken countless times to Mario and the store manager Tabbatha supposedly whom we're supposed to follow up with the territory manager. about this issue with no follow ups. No follow up calls have been received from this store to fix this issue. Here we are on the 24th of February with no resolution in sight and if it were up to me i would have these individuals fired for lack of custodial responsibility. If the first phone my sister ordered was cancelled and i was instructed to order a new phone why wasn't the trade in applied to the new phone.l? It's not that hard to be do your job properly. Would i recommend T-Mobile? Never would i even if the devices and cell service was free. All i receive over the phone are countless fake promises with lackluster performance. Don't worry I'll get my money for the device even if i have to bring this to court because people are not doing their jobs. Is this how you treat your customers like trash on the side of the road. Unprofessional Management, Unauthorized Order Cancellation, and Unjustified Treatment…read more I had a deeply frustrating and unacceptable experience at this Verizon location. I came in to pick up an order I had already placed and fully paid for--consisting of 3 new phones and lines. Instead of fulfilling my paid order, the store manager demanded I give him a "reason" why I needed 3 new lines. I mean it a fam line for my family if I'm get my kids a phone they wouldn't be transferring phones and numbers why should i have to have another reason then he stutters. When I questioned why a fully processed and paid transaction required further justification, he refused to provide any clear store policy or explanation. To be clear: the manager never even asked to see my ID. Had he asked for my identification to verify the account, I would have gladly provided it without hesitation. While I was standing in the store on the phone with Verizon Customer Care trying to sort out what was happening, the manager took it upon himself to cancel my paid order without my consent. When I asked him to show me proof that he had canceled it, he refused to show me documentation and basically told me I needed to leave the store. As I'm on the Phone with Customer Service Support they didn't even understand the reason for my cancellation. Fortunately, an employee over the customer support was kind enough to help me re-order my phones properly. Save yourself the headache however his cancellation caused my money to be delayed 3-5 days refund and cause an issue to put up at another location cause now they thinks is fraud they wasted my complete day on unnecessary issues and still don't have what I paid for what a joke I'm blasting him and the location employe refused to give the guys name that okay Ik he was the manager and avoid this location--the management here clearly does not value customers or basic professionalism.

Boy, did I make the right choice. This Rogers wireless location is an authorized dealer location, so their held up to higher standards by Rogers. The employees are fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Since this is a dealer location they can't take cash or regular debit/interac for bill payments, only major credit cards and visa/mastercard enabled debit cards from your bank. It's a direct payment online and the payment goes through right away. They will give you a receipt for it. They always have the latest phones in stock from iPhone to Samsung and are willing to give you some lessons if you need it. Definitely coming back here to upgrade my phone soon!
