Horrblie service!!!! Said they would pay my phones off but ened up screwing up the transaction. Shut my daugthers phone off and couldn't get it turned back on thanks to the other T-moblie store for saving the day. The "boss" was wearing a very inappropriate jacket. It said "ATF is gay". T-Mobile waited to send me a bill for my Internet router until the graylive period was up even though they were supposed to send me a return label instead then when I returned it, they said oh you are past the grace. They took my Internet router and did not issue me a refund. They are a terrible company to work with. I would not recommend that anyone does business with them. read more

I went in to this store in 2017 to take advantage of a promotion that gave one free iphone when you bought one. After several months I saw that I wasn't getting the credit I was supposed to, and when I called TMobile, I was told that I didn't qualify for the offer... something the store told me that I did. When I went to this store to clear it up, they ended up taking responsibility and saying they would credit me every month for the second phone because it was their fault. Thats where the pain in the butt started... For almost the last two years, I have had to call the store every couple of months to remind them to issue my credit and even have gotten as far as reaching out to an attorney and threatening lawsuit. I still am not yet made whole, almost two years later, and have to constantly chase down the manager for my credit. Now my two year term is up but I am stuck with TMobile for another 3 months while they issue the remainder of my credits because the store can only credit $60/month. When I asked the manager why the credit had not posted in almost 8 months his answer was "I forgot". No apology or any other excuse, just "I forgot". Well, my answer to that is that "I'll forget" to reestablish my service with TMobile and get an account elsewhere. Buyer beware... read more

I want to give a shoutout to Lauren and Jade for all of their wonderful help at T-Mobile about a month ago. Jade was the first one we talked to who very upfront and transparent with the cost of changing phones and how to take care of that. My mom and I went into the store, to get her a new phone (finally converted her over to iPhone) and Lauren was very knowledgable about 5G service, transferring from a Samsung to iPhone, etc. She made the process quick and easy. The day we finally switched my mom over, Lauren took care of us all day as we had to leave and come back to the store because we needed to run errands. She never seemed to get annoyed with us and we made a genuine connection with her. Thank you ladies for all the help!
