I spoke to the service agent directly and he agreed to come check it out. Nothing. I left a voicemail the next day and heard nothing in return. I scheduled another appointment later in the week and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. Nobody came. I have internet TV and this is March madness weekend and I am a guy, so I feel like I am being tortured in the medieval ages as I cannot watch the games in the comfort of my own home. I don't know which person to blame for these errors but ultimately it is the company that holds responsibility. I hope I never have to deal with this terrible company again.

Multiple calls in and no resolutions, I decided to stop at local store and see if I could get anything changed that would improve my poor service ( text messages not going through, unable to make calls, no service at festival when there was a huge US Cellular van and tower brought there). Johnny at the local store was awesome and spent a lot of time going through and checking settings and putting in new SIM card, service has worked way better since then! Local store and Johnny deserve 5 stars, US Cellular prepaid service deserves 0 stars!

Welcome to my nightmare. Charter!!! We ordered a bundling package from charter. TV, internet, land…read moreline. They came on Monday to install. The tech said to my wife the router wasn't adequate. I know that was B.S. They could have still installed the motem and phone switch but they did not. We spent up to ten hours total making calls being told that a tech would be out and no one showed. We called for the umpteenth time and were informed I could pick up the motem myself and install which I did. (Bet I get charged the set up fee anyway). When I made the bundling order, I asked specifically whether my stations that I currently had with them would change. I was told all would stay the same. No changes. Guess what, they discontinued some of our favorite stations.We've been on phone and getting passed around like you wouldn't believe. No satisfaction. I'm ready to quit them and we haven't even got started yet. The contacts give conflicting information and apologize. The agents aren't the problem. They only know what corporate tells them to know. The misinformation/lying by corporate. Before you agree to anything on the phone. Make them give you the agreement in writing before you commit.

Ive spent over an hour on the phone over 4 different phone calls to get the situation rectified with no success and never an option to speak to a person instead of the useless answering service. This box is located in my business for customer use and has cost me alot of time and stress and is still not working. My advise is to pass on this business.
