Ubreakifix is a unique experience. The overall service I received is a mixed bag, partly due to the…read morebusiness model that Ubreakifix uses to conduct their services. The appointment system is quite pointless. All it did was create a false sense of quality and timing that the service would provide. It takes hours to complete a job yet the business (nationwide) allows you to book an appointment up to closing. Nowhere near the amount of time necessary to complete a repair. The service Rendered was satisfactory. The tech I talked to about my phone repair knew everything he was talking about. The phone so far is good as new. The only thing that I would say keeps this review from a 5 star is that the idea of making an appointment for quick and easy repairs can in many cases be pointless. It is best to assume it will take a full day of work instead of a few hours.

I waited 6+ weeks for the screens to come in. This branch seems to prioritize items at snails pace. I also found this branch to be quite unprofessional. If you cannot reach anyone via phone the mailbox is full and no messages can be left. I had to be very proactive and drop by once a week to check on the status; only to be told the parts were backlogged for another week. I finally gave up and returned to my provider to switch my phone out for a different brand.
