I called again, [easier than driving 50 miles!!], and was allowed to pay the bill, my driver will be able to stop and pick up my unit whilst I am in a medical appointment!! I waited 6+ weeks for the screens to come in. This branch seems to prioritize items at snails pace. I also found this branch to be quite unprofessional. If you cannot reach anyone via phone the mailbox is full and no messages can be left. I had to be very proactive and drop by once a week to check on the status; only to be told the parts were backlogged for another week. I finally gave up and returned to my provider to switch my phone out for a different brand.

I called back and my call went to voicemail where I gave the correct model of my watch so that the correct face could be ordered. Several days went by and I did not hear back. I called back and was informed that they ordered the incorrect face for the watch. They didn't get my voicemail because, "the voicemail isn't set up on the phone." They ordered the correct face and I had to wait another week for it to arrive before they could repair my watch.

We've had some representatives that were friendly and do a great job, we've had some that are like a walking question mark and a couple I felt as if they were looking down their noses at us.
