I was going to switch my internet service and phone over to TMobile. I went as far as signing up and they sent me the equipment. I returned the equipment and then they charged me a monthly bill thinking I had service. I have tried several times to resolve this issue and can't get any cooperation from customer care, because they can't go further into the account without a PIN number which I never set up or was given. I sent a letter and transcripts to customer relations and have heard no response. I don't know why its so difficult to resolve this issue. I actually did call my store in the area and they were of no help either.

On August 6th, due to his actions we incurred considerable expenses and business disruption to get our website back up and running and missed a full business day of email from our customers and of course his actions impacted our internal ability to communicate with each other. Being in this industry I am sure he knew quite well what disruption he would be causing to our business. The owners actions were obviously not in line with common business practices and I am sure without doing much research I could find a few federal and/or state laws he intentionally violated.
